In the living room, the whole family can pile on the large sectional and relax with a movie or take to the backyard for a respite under the towering tree. There's plenty of space to play ball. Each bedroom has linens with storage for your personal effects. This 1940 treasure was recently renovated in 2023 with updates in every room including HVAC to help cool you off after a delightful day on the water.
The kitchen has a coffee bar, all new appliances, pots and pans, and serving utensils that you will need for a night or extended duration of your stay.
There is a coin operated laundry down the street or even a place which will wash and fold for you.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and large dresser as well as closet space.
Two twin beds are in the guest room with night stands and closet space.
In the hallway is a small linen closet with spare linens and towels and space for any beach towels your bring.

This is a smoke and vape free home.
NO SMOKING or VAPING of any sort.
There will be a $1000 fee for any smoking or vaping.
