The staff was excellent! We arrived very early they did open the front door for us, made us feel safe. We traveled with a group, they did have one room available so we waited in my room. The room was nice however the bathroom is not very well designed. The shower water pours out to the toilet a lot.! Also they are struck on no stains on anything or they’ll charge you, and with kids that’s very stressful. We stayed one week and the complementary breakfast was the same very day.

Nos hospedamos dos noches en este hotel, a nuestra llegada nos recibió un joven muy amable quién nos ayudó con nuestro equipaje. La joven de la recepción, con muy poca experiencia, no sabia nada de Expedia ni de las opciones que tenemos los viajeros Gold, le pedí hablar con el gerente, quien por teléfono tuvo un trato irrespetuoso hacia mi persona, parece que no tiene ni idea de como tratar al turismo, la peor imagen, ni siquiera le importó disculparse. La Junior suite demasiado estrecha y con el lavamanos tapado. La peor experiencia.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. this last time wasn’t such a good experience. there was no hot water available . the water came out warm but not hot . my room was next to a patio or dinning area and they were playing music which i can hear

The staff was superb; they were very welcoming and accommodating. The grounds were perfect and our room was exceptionally clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and our server was very hospitable, professional, and his customer service was on point. I would love to visit the city again and stay at Casa Madero

We'll Give You $1000 Pesos for Our Failures
Pago $3,200 pesos, y no estaba internet o aqua caliente. Y, ese hotel no estas en el centro. Pregunte por dinero de devolution para $1000. Pero, ellos no tienen efectivo, y no pueden darme el devolution con mi tarjeta en los domingos. Entonces, le pregunté al jefe en el telefono si podía tomar una colección de los empleados y usted podría devolverles el dinero cuando llegara aquí. "No" Entonces, ellos decen, darnos tu correo y el lunes yo darte una solucion. No recibi el correo, entonces llame. O, senor, no pueden darte el dinero. When I was there, they told me a $1000 refund. When I went away, $0. How's that for treatment? No internet, all night, even though that had a signal from reception, but wouldn't let me use it. I got up early on a very, very crisp December morning to drive 8 hours--NO HOT WATER. NONE. Freezing cold. NO HAY INTERNET, NO HAY AQUA CALIENTE. $3200 pesos. That's stealing. Eso es robar. They didn't even offer me a different room. They just left me there, in a concrete room that didn't allow for my TelCel signal to come through. No damn internet, 13 hours.
