The attendants /valet people were very nice. I’ve stayed there before in a regular room that I reserved, directly from their website. We were greeted with a cocktail drink and we were invited to have a seat in the lobby area while my husband checked us in. The room itself was very nice, clean and beautiful. We had a plate of cookies & pieces of chocolate treats waiting for us in the room. This time, I reserved the Presidential Suite through Expedia . There were no seats or couches in the lobby for the rest of my party to sit, while I checked in, nor we were offered a drinks. Our room was not ready at check in time (3:00 p.m.). So we had to go to the restaurant to get something to eat in the meantime. Finally, at 3:30 is when our room became available. The jacuzzi had pine tree leaves/debris. The water temperature was lukewarm and the water pressure was weak. Because of the inconvenience of not having our room ready, the front desk allowed me to do a late checkout. The Spa was not able to accommodate 3 people at a time. Each person had to wait 30 minutes to 45 in between. Which made it difficult for us to enjoy the rest of our day. So, I decided not to proceed with the reservation.

Love the hotel
The hotel and staff were excellent, however on arrival we were no treated very nice, I had requested early check up and when we arrived I was told they were no rooms available till later, I was upset and insisted on the gentleman to please check the reservation, it was not until that moment that he change his behavior and say that they had rooms available, and would give me my upgraded room later. The rest of the staff was great, the place is also beautiful.

Very nice room. I like the brunch they offer I believe only on weekends at the roof top restaurant. I like that they offer different types of events as well. People can buy a day pass if you want to enjoy the pool.

Honestly the hotel itself it is pretty nice. The instalare clean. The pool wasn’t on the best conditions but they did mentioned that the day before they hosted an event “pool party” but they were giving maintenance. I only stayed for a night but everyone were really nice. The offered me a complementary snack (strawberries, grapes, etc) as a welcome treat. I would definitely stayed again!

Most of the staff are great. The check out process was less than favorable. When checking out the staff accused me of taking a towel and consuming alcohol even after I purchased one at the counter to avoid delays.
