The key card didn’t work had to be brought to the office five times. Bathroom had no soap The water went off for a few hours. They never informed us that the water was off. When we were tried to take a shower and it didn’t work I had to go down the office and ask them and then they said oh yeah, the waters going to be off for a few hours And the top lock was broken off in the room. There was no furniture in the room. Bedsheets were not long enough for the bed. The TV didn’t work unless you had your own codes to get in. The TV appeared to be used by a fire stick, but you couldn’t get into anything unless you had your own codes. This was the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Apparently they are remodeling. We were told after we paid and got our room key. A bed, nightstand, mini fridge, and microwave were literally the only things in the room. Not a chair, nothing. There was a pile of furniture on the side of the building.

This place is being remodeled, and the rooms are looking great with new paint and flooring., the bathroom has new tiles and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed taking a bath with hot water and the relaxing jets in the tub! In the morning coffee is ready and a few other choices to enjoy with coffee. Thnx and we will be back. Great value for the price!!

Spoke with two staff prior to coming up and neither said the hotel was under construction. The room had only two canister lights working, in the bathroom and entry. Did not stay for the two nights that were booked.

The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all. Seemed like she was in bad mood. Other than that the place was nice, there was some work being done in the office it was a bit messy but it’s understandable.

My review would be much different if we had been there AFTER the renovation of all the rooms. The hotel is under new management and it appears they are giving it a new look. During our stay, however, there was no furniture except for beds. There were clean towels and toiletries.

Housekeeping came in 1 of 4 nights, the windows clearly had been pried open in the past, not even a glass or cup in the bathroom. Bathroom sink is too stylized, very awkward to use and also backs up. Horrible.

Terrible stat
The hotel was being renovated. No furniture in the room, no closet or hangers, no pillow cases on the pillows. Dirty bedspread with holes in them. No toilet paper holder. No shelf for soap in the shower. No ironing board. I asked to speak with the manager and he wasn’t available, I gave my number and he didn’t call me. There was construction noise starting at 8 every morning. It was dirty with debris all around the facility

Seriously Disappointed
We arrived and were told we had a new mattress. What the hotel summary DID NOT show was the current condition of the grounds - the entire hotel was being renovated and no furniture in the room (lamp, desk, chair, sofa) other the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever seen. As used a 3rd party for reservation, I was also told I could not cancel. The A/C unit was wonky, and the "breakfast" consisted of some stale bagged pastries and yogurt. DO NOT STAY HERE for at least 4-6 months (we were there in mid-Aug)!
