It celebrates nature with tall arched wood ceilings accentuating the magnificent lake and mountain views, several stacked-stone fireplaces, and walls of windows that showcase this setting on one of the region's most beautiful pristine mountain lakes. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private heated (82 degrees) pool (additional fees to heat Nov.-March) or soak in the large custom-built spa after a busy day hiking or playing. Designed for year-round entertainment, this home offers an in-ground trampoline, game room with billiards, and a Multicade game terminal, two theaters and more.

The expansive lakeside covered porches offer tremendous opportunities for guests to gather while comfortably immersed in the beautiful outdoors. You can enjoy and celebrate breath-taking, colorful sunsets with your friends and/or family here.

With about 9,000 square feet, 10 bedrooms and 9.5 baths, this home can accommodate 30 guests. On the main level, the luxurious master bedroom features a spa bath with a luxury tub and a fireplace. Additionally, there are three bedrooms (three kings) and two additional baths.

Upstairs, there's a large private bunk room and bath for the kids with an adjacent play area and a movie theater just for the kids. The terrace level offers a full kitchen and bar area convenient to the lake, a spacious game room with pool table, large 130-gallon, salt-water aquarium, arcade games and large TV's, a theater and a furnished workout room with two Peloton Bikes, Universal Weight machine, yoga mats and more. Additionally, the terrace level offers 2 king rooms with private baths, a room w 2 queens and private bath, and two more kings that share a bath. An additional full bath and half bath are also conveniently located on terrace level.

The home has high-end custom finishes throughout, commercial-grade kitchen appliances, and a convenient private dock with upper-level sundeck on one of the loveliest parts of Lake Blue Ridge.

This is a TVA lake and as such lake levels are lowered during winter months.

Amazing Property

A great Christmas getaway.
The property was exactly as stated. Everything was in working order when we arrived. The pool (we had heated) and hot tub were amazing for this time of year. We really liked that the house wasn’t over-decorated. We didn’t have to stress over something getting knocked off an end table and breaking. We would definitely stay again.

I cannot say enough good things about this property, the property manager and our overall experience! This house is BEAUTIFUL and has all that you could need for your stay whether it is short or long. We had a large group and everyone had more than enough room, even when we all came together to eat or do something as a big group. Great property for a family weekend
There were so many activities for our family weekend. There were 20 of us ranging in age from 7 months to 70 yrs. Plenty of room to gather for meals and also lots of spaces for various activities. The kids especially enjoyed having their own space in the bunk room. The pool, hot tub and lake access on the dock made for a very fun afternoon.

Get ready for an amazing stay! Fun for the whole family
This house is beautiful and complete with anything and everything your family/friends need. Plenty of space for a big group. Location right in front of the lake is great! Don’t think twice and book! A few things to keep in mind though: 1.) they call this a 10 bedroom, however one “bedroom” has no window, so legally, it cannot be called a bedroom, it was more like a big closet. 2.) the bedroom with no window desperately needs to get new mattresses. No adult would be able to sleep there comfortably. We ended up sleeping on the floor. 3.) the bedroom next to the master stayed uncomfortably warm our whole stay. I mentioned this to the manager, but did not hear back, so hopefully this will eventually get fixed. Other than that, perfect!

Extended Family Summer Trip
If you were looking for a house thats suitable for a wide range of ages with a big group, this is your spot. Every year we do an extended family vacation with our family of 18, and everyone agreed this was the best one yet. We rented a pontoon boat for five days, that was one of the highlights. The two-story dock was great and every afternoon everybody would swim around the dock and float. Large pool and hot tub great for all ages. We had it heated, I would recommend that. Lots of space for people to spread out. Once you’re at the house, you really don’t need to leave. That being said, the house is very secluded. We coordinated with a local chef for meal deliveries. The house manager Heather was extremely responsive. If there was any issue It was resolved immediately. Overall, a very memorable and positive experience. My advice, rent a pontoon boat, coordinate with Chef Eatz For meals, and sit back and relax and enjoy your vacation!

Our family loved our time at this property. The kids lived in the pool and down at the dock and loved the movie room and the games. The adults loved all the spaces to relax and watch the lake and the sunset. So much to do at the house. When we did want to go off property - lots of options for things to do in about a 30 minute drive. Thank you!

Great Family Reunion
This house was perfect for our family of 26, ages 4-70. Everyone had their own space, there was plenty to keep us entertained for a week, the pool & arcades were fun, and the lake was just dreamy. We loved having direct access to a dock and that it was two levels. Kids played for hours splashing around, kayaking, jumping in etc at the lake and then just moved to the pool for more play. Only negative (if you can call it that) was that the house wasn't quite as new as we had expected. It has seen some use since the pictures were taken, but it is still a very nice place. Everything was comfortable, manager was super responsive, and the surrounding scenery was just beautiful. Overall a wonderful week spent with family. NOTE: The kids bunk room is located above the garage, which we knew, but didn't realize that it is it's own separate area. You have to go through the garage and up a flight of stairs to reach it (so two "outside doors"). We had planned on younger kids being up there and due to the distance from parents we ended up pivoting and put teenagers up there instead. Turned out for the better because they had their own space and could be louder later than they otherwise could have been. I only mention to help others plan accordingly.

Great place with numerous amenities
Much used were the pool, trampoline, hot tub, and the great lake views from the upper deck. Several also enjoyed the paddleboats. The aquarium is a marvel with the fish and numerous moving plants. We have stayed at numerous locations over the years...with this place near or at the top of the list. The kitchen was well laid out and easy to use. All the bedrooms were nice and clean. The master bedroom with two dangerous steps up to the shower needs a grab bar for safety. It was a great time for our extended family of 20.

Beautiful property
We have been renting properties through VRBO for the last 8-9 years - for our family reunions. By far this was the most beautiful property. We had a great time and made lots of fond memories at this property during our family reunion. In fact, we would like to revisit this property again in the coming years. Property is on the lake and two peddle boats were used to explore the lake.

We took our staff for a work retreat - it was the perfect choice! The house is amazing - the sheer # of private bedrooms alone, but all the amenities. The pool, giant hot tub, fire pit, movie room, etc were all a hit. We rented a boat with a captain to pick us up at the dock. Just perfect all around!

Beautiful house that has it all!
25 people stayed here with ages ranging from 2-70. We never got in each others way. Plenty of things to do for every age group. Lorrie and Alex went above and beyond take care of our every need. The theater room had a popcorn machine that we all raved over. They even set us up with candies and popcorn to start us off! We are looking forward to returning in the future.

this house has it all!! not just aesthetically but behind the scences with management. they catered to every need with love & delivered necessary items in the blink of an eye. the view and home itself is magnificent. extremely high end with so much to do. everything you need is at the house in terms of kitchen gadgets, bedding, fun, local rentals, things to do, etc. words do not captivate the amazement that transpired for us here at the lodge. Lorrie & Alex made certain we were treated as family and ensured us a lovely time without worry. priceless!!! worth the trip.
