The house has not only a large living room with fireplace, but also large garden areas and a spectacular pool where young and old can swim undisturbed. On the beautiful terrace on the upper floor, you can enjoy an aperitif.
Located only 8 kilometers from the famous city of Morón de la Frontera, this group of large independent houses where you will find peace and tranquility while being very close to the city center. In the area you will find a restaurant 500 meters away, very famous for its typical homemade meals. Thus, you can enjoy the gastronomy of the area without having to drive.
Morón de la Frontera offers a good tourist service and a good selection of bars and restaurants where you can taste the cuisine based on stews with products such as asparagus, tagarninas and cardillos. In this town you can visit a ruined Arabic castle, which is the oldest architectural remnant of Morón de la Frontera. You can also visit the 16th century Town Hall, which stands out for its facade. There are also the palace houses to discover, such as the House of the Philippians, as well as a large number of churches, monasteries and hermitages.

Très bon séjour
Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs précédents. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La propriétaire est très aimable et toujours disposé à aider si besoin. La propriété est propre, la piscine nécessite en effet une rénovation mais elle est propre, entretenue et une personne vient en effet chaque semaine pour la nettoyer. La résidence est au calme et le balcon du 1er étage fait passer l'air de sorte que c'est agréable de dîner hors de la maison. Enfin, l'ensemble de la maison possède un grillage: notre chat ne pouvait pas sortir de la résidence. C'est un détail mais pour nous c'était une très bonne surprise de pouvoir le laisser dans le jardin pendant que nous visitions.

Das Haus entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas kompliziert. Die Sauberkeit in dem Haus ließ zu sehr zu wünschen übrieg. Im Badezimmer war die Dusche verschimmelt. Der Pool sollte 2 mal wöchentlich gereinigt werden, dies geschah in 1,5 Wochen nicht einmal. Es schwammen zig 2-3 cm dicke Käfer im Wasser und das Wasser war allgemein sehr schmutzig, so dass man ihn nicht nutzen konnte. Wenn man die Einbauschränke geöffnet hat, wurde einem Übel von einem Modergeruch. Alle Mitreisenden können das Haus nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren mit 10 Leuten zur Stammtischtour in diesem Haus, das Haus gibt alles her was man benötigt. Schlafzimmer rund Badezimmer sind super, der Pool ist riesig und die Außenterrasse ein Traum für solch eine Tour.
