We arrived well after 11 p.m. on the night of our check-in, and we were warmly welcomed. The check-in process was quick, and we were able to get to our room just as quick. (Note for future check-ins: make sure to know the license plate numbers as they require it.) Our first impression of the the room was good. It was clean and orderly. The shower and toilet are in their own room with a sliding door, and the sink is just outside the bathroom and accessible when the bathroom is occupied. Our room was quiet for the night. We were woken by music playing over the speakers in the hallway in the morning. Breakfast is included in the stay. Although there are other hotels in the area, this is the only one that offers omelettes for breakfast...along with other breakfast items, such as hash browns, scrambled eggs, waffles, etc. There aren't many tables available for eating at, and the ones that are avaialable only have two seats, so if there are more in your party, someone will either have to take a chair from another table, stand, or go back to the room. There are also tables/chairs in the pool area. The room that we stayed in did not have a hair dryer, but we were able to get one from the front desk. This hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub, but we were not able to use it at this time. Bottom line: we would certainly stay here again.

We had a great time. The hot tub was great! We stayed in the winter and the hot tub was nice and warm. If it’s winter, then I would be sure to have a 4x4 vehicle to get up the driveway.

What a great place to stay! Very clean with excellent views of the lake with perfect "cabin" feel. The ownwers were more than gracious and I will be back. Very highly recommended
