You get exactly what you pay for here. I had an unplanned visit to Morristown and was on the cheap. The room was clean but the linens were threadbare. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Had some pot smokers which is always off putting inside, take it outside! If I had the extra cash to go across the street to the Hamptons I would. Not a pleasurable experience, but not one I didn't expect for the rate I paid, cheap hotel.
Our room was gross as we laid down there was blood on the mattress , on the covers , and dried blood on the bathroom
Floor and lid . This was gross , took my blankets to front desk they handed me new ones , I would really like a refund this is gross
At 12:30am a staff worker decided to enter our room didn’t knock or anything just walked in I yelled at them and they ran off when called front desk to see why they hung up on me.Don’t know if they was up to no good or what luckily we were still awake at this time.
I will never ever go back to this place or any of the properties like this I was there for him Friday to Tuesday and the floors in my first room which is 125 I got out of the shower and my feet felt wet in a way and I sat on the bed and at time I got to the bathroom to the bed my feet were totally black and it was a no smoking room I asked for a smoking room so the next morning they moved me room 130. That woman I believe her name is Karen that works at front desk she's about the rudest lady I've ever met in my life and she don't even pay attention or talk to anybody friendly she's always got her headsets on watching something on whatever she's looking at then the manager I believe his name is Lee he makes excuses for everything I didn't have a phone cord or my phone is working the second room and I had burn marks all through my my blankets that talk quilt I asked for towels I got one and they were all out of washcloth that couldn't give me any of those or hand towels and the manager just wants to give you one excuse after another my phone wasn't even working in the second room and it the Jack was laying over on the floor and wasn't able to work the microwave had all kinds of rust on it the floors had stain ¹ and I believe the only person that was really nice and helpful and friendly and that was I believe her name was Jennifer. this place needs to be condemned it really does wires hanging things falling off the ceiling like the fans the bottom of the walls the baseboard .
The lady at the check-in was rattlesnake mean. Last time I will stay at the "8". Also, telling everyone I know to avoid the chain if possible. Thanks for asking. You can't make a business better if you don't get frank feedback from your customers.
