The hotel itself, and the property was nicely decorated and clean. The staff was very friendly. Parking was easy; I could see though that as the hotel started to fill up, it did become a little congested. My complaints were: The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable (for me); not sure if that is a common complaint though. The ice machine was right outside of our room-so that was very loud and annoying at times. There were some young people staying at the hotel at the same time as us, and they became very loud on Saturday evening-disturbing our sleep for a period of time-not something the hotel can easily control though, and we understand that. Overall a nice place to stay.

I was greeted with great customer service and was able to check in early which was important because I was traveling for 5 hours. My room was clean and modern and very comfortable and the hotel is close to all the attractions. I'll definitely stay here in again!

The guy at check in was nice and got us our room key quickly. I'm typically happy with Hampton Inn's. This one, was a little off. The air conditioning was not allowing us to stay cool (even though it was fall) we were hot all night. that was unfortunate. Great shower/ water pressure. Love that many hotels are eco friendly and have the shampoo/conditioner/body soap installed in the shower and love the font is BIG enough so I didn't have to guess what I was using. Breakfast - was bummed they didn't have a healthier choice (plain greek yogurt) with fixings. nuts/granola/pumpkin seeds/ banana chips/ coconut (what I've seen in other hotels). Very sweet breakfast for the rest of my family so they were happy - I am pre diabetic and didn't have any choice besides oatmeal. big bummer for me that knocked down a star. it was a short little drive into town but nothing big.

TV not working
The television wouldn’t work throughout the duration of our stay. We were not offered another room, which was unfortunate. Instead we were offered another remote which also didn’t work turning on the TV. Traveling with toddlers, we rely a bit on TV to assist during down time and while getting ready. Sadly this hotel didn’t help resolve our issue.

Property , hotel, free self parking, room and super clean bathrooms were great! The staff was not overly friendly, but polite. The noise level at the hotel was pretty loud especially with the doors slamming in the morning. It is a holiday weekend so I did take into account that there may have been families or large groups of people staying and getting up early, but would’ve been nice to sleep past 7am without hearing slamming doors and children running though the hallway. Overall would stay here again and recommend to others.

Fantastic place to stay in Morro Bay!
This hotel is one year old, and is super clean and well-staffed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Multiple hooks in room and bathroom, and toom, vanity, and bathroom were large. Breakfast was nice. Coffee was the only thing that wasn't great. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area!

The room was very noisy as it faced the highway. When we went to breakfast at 9:30 AM, there were no potatoes or scrambled eggs available, and the fruits looked very old. The person in the next room was snoring loudly, and we could hear it in our room, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the body wash dispenser was empty. However, the staff at the front desk was very friendly, the facilities are nice and clean.
