We booked room with two bedrooms and got single room. We informed hotels reception, but communication was really poor. We had to stay in a small room whole vacation as the hotel didn't take any responsibility

Friendly staff, nice rooms. Convenient restaurant. Good value

Bathroom was a bit oudated and you could not buy basic toilleteries from reception.

On Saturday night, a noisy disco could be heard until 4:00 in the morning in the apartment on the second floor. No one warned about it, no one cared that the guests could not sleep in the rooms. Terrible hotel from the nineties.

The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. The hair dryer was not functioning, so we had to pick up a replacement in the reception. I would expect a room service for this at least. Some minor things which were not expected in hotel in the 4*category and could be improved. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the stay.
