Our 5 year old twin boys LOVED the trampoline and play structure that was right behind our unit. The chalet had everything we needed. Some of the furniture/carpet could use an upgrade.

The property had a trampoline, which was fun. The door to the shower can't close, which would be awkward if you're staying with someone who's not family. Also it's pretty close to a main road, so you'll hear big trucks driving by all night. Definitely use earplugs.

Great option for a night to break up a long drive north. Close to the road so a bit of noise but comfortable bed and tidy accommodation. We advised we’d be there late, check in was super easy and they left the lights and the heater on which was a great touch - thanks!

Nice little property but just separated by a fence from the through road. Fun fact: there were ear plugs at each bed… They provide a shared washer & dryer on-site but sadly the dryer was out-of-service. Other than that it was a nice spot and the room has everything needed.

One night only, but the unit was let down by 1980s décor, a door missing in kitchen, kitchen taps were almost unusable just rubbish, and should be replaced, bathroom was clean but everything at least 40 years old. It did not match the price I paid plus the lead in lane , was gravel pitted with 100s of potholes.

The lock box was excellent - back lighting of the box's large numerals made code punching much easier than most lock boxes. Chalet showed aspects of deferred maintenance - including peeling paper on walls. Interesting location of some light switches, some light bulbs did not work.

Management did not send instructions on check in and no wifi password. Will call again tomorrow. The unit is great clean n 10 min from grocery . 40 min from Taupo but unit is across the lake.

Stayed overnight to break up the drive to wellington. Really helpful that we were able to check in late. Excellent communication from provider. Studio was immaculate, clean and stylish, with everything we needed for our stay. Could hear passing traffic, but did not bother us. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Units are dated but clean, poor lighting in the bathroom and no steam extractor fan. Air con was great. Single bed mattress more suitable for a child. Deep pot holes in the driveway.

Great place, just had an issue getting key back in lock box when checking out, called the number on lock box all morning and couldn't get through to anyone so called email number and they said to leave key on table. So hopefully it's all ok.
