pleasant stay
The stay was pleasant, the bed was amazing,slept vey well. Sadly the breakfast was disappointing as no plates available and no fresh ham or cheese available 😢

We did not like our stay here. Expectations were very modest yet they were not met. Room is tiny, small window , smell in the room is terrible (like there was an alcoholic living for a few months before ), neighbors from above were throwing food down on the street , reception spoke very basic English . But all of the above isn't the main reason for a negative review - it is the short bed. I am 188 cm and my feet were hanging in the air so I could not sleep at all . If you're higher than 185 cm, I recommend you look elsewhere

Was fine once ,a pleasant memory.
I was booked before and was charged again by property on arrival. Great stuff huh? This place was pleasant in the past but that is history now. You get people slamming bathroom doors above you and wish you slept in your car. Good luck to you.

Okay hotel for the area
Was ok. Ceiling is a bit low so if you do opt for the top bed make sure to duck ! Can’t complain though, 2 rooms and 4 beds for £70 in total.

Very disappointing, after receiving an email in January confirming a ground floor room, we arrive to be told there are no ground floor rooms available, after showing the email the receptionist tells us, there are no 3 bed ground floor rooms, so we were given rooms on top floor and further from steps, for someone with a wheelchair! Rude lady, unhelpful and bad unhelpful attitude.

Reasonable value for a short stay.
Staff helpful and friendly but room needs refurbishing as looked tired and worn. Bathroom door didn't fit so couldn't close properly and unfortunately we had noisy neighbours in the room next door coming and going into the early hours, last heard at 4am so felt a little insecure.

Affordable
Clean, but minimilist hotel with small rooms, but which comes with a low price, making this a very affordable place to stay. Wifi worked well. The area is safe with a large mall and restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store about 5 minutes away.

Basic minimalist hotel. Limited check-in in times (electronic check-in was fast and easy). Rooms are small, but are great value for price. Restaurants and large mall within walking distance. Grocery about 5 minutes away driving. Staff is pleasant and accommodating (within available hours)

Chambre sale. Poils de partout dans la salle de bain photos à l’appuies. Ce n’est pas la première fois que je viens mais bien la dernière je suis totalement déçue. La couverture etait super sale des poils des traces blanches… rien n’allait meme pas de savon dans la salle de bain

Service d’urgence inexistant
Nous avons été très bien accueilli mais le service d’urgence n’existe pas. Notre carte pour accéder à la chambre s’est démagnétisée et à 21h10 nous étions enfermés dehors. Nous avons tenté d’appeler pendant 15 minutes le service d’urgence qui est… inexistant, d’autant qu’il doit y avoir quelqu’un jusqu’à 21h30. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls pour pouvoir accéder à notre chambre. C’est quand même plus que limite….
