A little smaller than portrayed in pictures. But very clean and well stocked. Great for pets! Reasonable drive to campus. We enjoyed our stay!

Graduation weekend
The house was just as listed. We found it clean and neat. Our host was helpful and communicated well. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Cute house but needs some attention to make the stay better for renters
Could be a 5star place but needs work. Fireplace gas key is behind big screen tv in living room so had to move. Would not work. Owner told me to YouTube how to prime the gas which we didn’t feel comfortable doing. TVs had no cable. Was told by owner previous renter messed it up and he didn’t have time to fix it so no football at the house! Other than master bedroom, beds are single matress on metal frames - very uncomfortable. We decided not to cook at the house bc pots and pans were so old and did not look clean. No sponge in the kitchen for dishes we did use. Overall the house was ok but needs upgrading to make it a preferable place to stay.
