It was an OK check in, but had to pick up keys at another location in Mansfield. At arrival to the property looked nice and cosy from the outside. Had to climb stairs no lift to 4th floor, which was a bit hard going up and down the stairs with the luggage and kids. On entry into the room snowflake 14 it had a damp smell which was in every room, we had to air the apartment before turning on the heater. The furniture in the living room and dining was average and outdated with stains on the couch and pillows. The kitchen was functional with cutlery. The drying room was nothing more than half a robe size area with a very small foot heater blowing cold air, mind you it's an 8 person apartment, we had just enough room to hang gear for three people. The bathroom was half renovated shower and basin. The toilet yet to be tiled? It was just exposed brick painted white with grubby yellow stains on the walls. The three bedrooms were cosy and enough room to walk around the bed, but the bed frames were metal and squeaky every time you turned. The robes were big enough for the stay but crappy sliding doors looked like someone did a bad d.i.y. on them. Found stains and hair on the linen. The windows were developing black mould stains and constantly sweating not properly insulated. Balcony latch/lock another bad d.i.y. and not sure if some of the electrical meets code. If you don't mind where you sleep and stay and where you spend your hard earned money, then this might be the place for you.
