The house offers free fast WIFI and a main 65 inch TV. All bedrooms come with their own TVs as well . Abode is located in the centre of Mount Gambier North facing and looking over the beautiful Vansittart Park. For those cold winter days Abode offers ducted heating and a gas wood fire.

You are a very short walk from places like Coles, Fasta Pasta, local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Mount Gambier is a city in the southeastern corner of South Australia. It’s known for its limestone, volcanic landscape and crater lakes. One of these, Blue Lake, turns cobalt blue in summer. Nearby, the Centenary Tower offers panoramic views of the area. The Umpherston Sinkhole contains a lush sunken garden. The Lady Nelson Visitor Centre houses a full-size replica of a late-18th-century ship.

We were very impressed with the property. It was very modern and comfortable inside. It provides everything that we needed. The location was just within reach of everything. It was located outside a beautiful park and near nice shopping centres. The house had lots of outdoor games for the kids to play and entertain themselves. there was nothing at all to complain about, and overall I was very impressed. We will sure return next time we go to Mt Gambier, and highly recommend to everyone.

Weekend Wonder
Abode is a stunning house which has been decorated to an extremely high level. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and at home. The heating, lights and music were already on for us when we arrived which was unexpected but wonderful. Location is superb, beds are very comfortable and plenty of cutlery, plates and glasses for our group of 10. Great hosts.

Once again the Abode was outstanding in presentation and accommodation. It was so comforting when returing from a cold trip or day out that the Abode was going to pamper you with its warmth, comfort and amenities. Place was great, great central location to town, walking distance to shops etc! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Curtains in the master would be handy very light during night because of the street lights, couldn't find the remote for the tv in the master, turned the place upside down looking for it. Found it the next day. The bins in driveway were also pretty much completely full, which makes it hard when required to empty bins etc... Then I got an email saying I could have a late checkout, then the night before checkout at 6pm got an email stating I had to be out at 10.. That's the only down points to my stay at this property

This was such a great place to stay. The location was excellent, especially with kids. There is an excellent park and playground across the road. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything you needed. Zoe was great to communicate with and made checking in and out very easy. Definitely recommend this property.

We found the house very spacious, bright and airy and great layout for 3 lots of family including children, parents , grand parents and great aunt. Great practical, well supplied kitchen and dining area, connected to lounge area. Lovely out door area. Spacious bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. A very comfortable experience .
