Excellent and friendly staff. Check in, checkout process is seamless and easy. Room is good for the budget, water is hot but some extra towels for the overspray would be a nice touch, it gets very wet after a shower. Beds are very comfortable and there was extra pillows and blankets available in the closet. Good location, everything within close reach. Would stay again.

The property is very dated. The carpet was filthy. There were mysterious spots on the bed covers. The light in the second bedroom was missing a globe. The bedside lamp switch was faulty and would buzz when turned on. The price was a bit steep given the quality of the property. On a positive note, the pub on the corner down the road has delicious meals.

The property is in sad need of update, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the smoke detector had fallen off the wall and did not have a battery, there was tootpaste in the wash basin, the fridge/freezer had not been cleaned properly and the freezer had not been defrosted, there were loose tiles in the bathroom floor, the frisge/

The property is well situated in a great spot adjacent to the city centre with some good coffee shops, a shopping centre and pub dining options within easy walking distance. Whilst the room was clean it is a property that is clearly in need of an upgrade. We also found the bed mattress in the room to be a little on the hard side for our liking.

It was warm, cozy, had a microwave, toaster, well appointed kitchenette. electric blankets, crisp white linen. It was immaculately clean. It was a bit dated but the position was excellent.

One thing that you expect, even in a three star motel, is some degree of cleanliness but when there is a plug of hair in the shower drain, all bets are off. Then during the day the cleaners were in the room when we returned from a walk. We waited until they had 'finished', but there was no obvious signs that anything had actually been done. Room bins not emptied, hair plug still revoltingly staring up from the shower drain. It was Easter and everything was booked out but next time we'd rather sleep in our car.

Description of the ad is deceiving. Very different from how it’s been pictured. It’s not two bedrooms with family room. It is one bedroom with 2 single beds in the bedroom unit. and a double bed in its lounge room. Paid too much for this place. Beds need to retire, Sink in the bathroom has leaking pipes that wets the floor and bath where the shower was getting flooded quickly due to the drainage full of hair. The small couched will sit your bottom almost on the ground. Towels are stained and not so clean . $250 per night is a total is way too much .
