Usually my stays are wonderful, but this one not so good . My bathroom was nasty and I killed bugs . But the front desk people was very friendly

Unpleasant experience
Extremely dirty - mold in shower and stains and bad smell throughout the room. The first non smoking room we were given reeked of smoke - they changed our room so that was slightly better but it was still very dirty. They also said there was breakfast until 9am but when we arrived for breakfast at 8:30 there was no food

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was very minimal. Breakfast was virtually non-existent. They didn't even keep the coffee made. They need to give a little bit more cleaning.

Disgusting
Roaches everywhere in our room. The card reader didn’t work, so I had to get cash at 1am with two kids. It was so dirty, we slept in our shoes, on top of our covers, and left after sleeping 4 hours. We only stopped there bc we had been delayed and I was too tired to make it to our destination. Word of caution- just don’t stay anywhere in West Virginia- it was awful and disgusting!

There were a lot of unsavory loud people hanging around the entrance and lobby. Our room smelled terrible from cigarettes' and weed. The tub and furniture was stained. There was only one working light. The light bulbs were missing from the rest. There was not a shower curtain. The tv didn't work. It took from us checking in Saturday night until Monday afternoon for them to do anything about any of it.

Pulled down "blanket" (a light blanket with a bedsheet on top) and the fitted sheet had black stains on it. No one answered phone, no one at desk. I found the actual laundry room and got myself new linens. Walking back out i passed the front desk. I lady in her pajamas found bloody sheets when she turned down her "blanket". Never again.

The person that checked us in had been drinking. Our room smelled like smoke, the carpet felt sticky and grimy. The bathroom was filthy and had mold all over the shower. There were multiple types of bugs throughout the room. The fee “breakfast” contained toast, cereal with no milk, watered down juice and a few cups of yogurt. Everything was filthy and trashed. Not a quality place at all

As soon as you walk into the room there is a huge stain on the carpet. The bathroom had mold, a lot of mold, all over the shower. The toilet and sink had not been cleaned as there were still shaving remains in the sink and the seat of the toilet obviously hadn’t been cleaned. Had we not been on the road for 11 hours we would’ve left. The sheets had black streaks all over the bottom. Just horrible!

It was a place to stay. We didn't pay much for it, so we shouldn't expect much. The staff at the front desk was very nice, but the hotel was not. Our room had not been cleaned from the previous stay. Beds were not made or changed from the previous guess, with cigarette looking stains on the comforter despite being a smoke free room, a note from the previous guest along with a tip for the maid (which we left) were still left behind. Room was very dated and had very limited outlets for CPAP and charging of devices. We had to unplug lights to be able to charge and use our medically necessated CPAP. Paint was peeling in the bathrooms, and the parking lot was very dimly lit. We got in close to midnight and got our needed sleep, but wouldn't recommend it again unless in need of an emergency.

Because of the hurricane it was the only motel available It was thread barren carpet, hallways were dirty, moldy bathrooms, toilet leaked, bedspread was holy from smokers, tv worked but picture was fuzzy, there were other residents in the report room black bugs and saw a cockroach in hallway. It was midnight and no other motel available.

The hotel was not kept up with. It was dirty and we found bugs in the first room. And when we told the staff they were unfazed. In the second room the bathtub was so rusted that it was scratchy and in usable. There was trash under the beds and crumbs on every service.

The carpets in the main area and in the room were old and dirty/stained. The grout in the tub/shower is extremely stained. The breakfast selections were moderate at best but the area was clean and the food seemed to be stored appropriately. This is the second time I stayed here based on it's location close to route 19.
