This hotel overbooked me. That was one thing, however when I arrived at 12:13am, I was told I been contacted “multiple times” by them, just once around 11:40pm. I must have missed that due to the fact I was driving. We had to find another hotel super late and last minute, which of course wasn’t fun. I was told by the girl at the counter that I would recieve a refund and should get it within a few days. It’s been over a month and I have no refund. They hang up on me, make up new rules, and marked it as me cancelling it myself even though when I arrived at the hotel I was told they had canceled it and issued a request for a refund. They are extremely rude and have horrible customer service. I hate bashing customer service workers being one myself, and genuinely never have until now, but I ended up spending over 2** on a room I didn’t even get to stay in. I do not suggest this hotel even slightly, if I could give negative stars I would. Steer clear for your own sake! Much better hotels down the road.
