The room was pretty dirty and the bed sheets I wasn't sure were clean. The furniture was also pretty rough and probably should be replaced. But the cleanliness was horrible the housekeeper should really be ashamed if they have housekeeping that is.

The staff were amazing. They were very diligent about making sure all our needs were met. I witnessed staff cleaning tables during breakfast making sure the room was clean for everyone. The check in staff helped immediately to get us into our room. The pool area was immaculate and had plenty of towels. Very friendly staff

Paid 300 dollars for two nights got there for the lady to tell me after she checked me in the pool was out. Then our rooms keys kept deactivating causing us to go to the desk about 4-5 times The internet went out so half the day no tv wifi or pool Just was a bad stay and I won’t return

Have stayed here multiple time, and there has definitely been a staff change. The lady who checked me in was pleasant enough, but she seemed kind of bored. Breakfast was unimpressive. When I left (room paid for in advance), I waited by the front desk briefly, but nobody showed up, not even to ask how my stay was. The room was very humid, which I dealt with my cooling it down. Possibly the A/C filter needs changed.
