We stayed here for three nights over Thanksgiving weekend. To avoid a very long review, I will list the things that were an issue: 1. The night auditor was rude to us and the clerk working. 2. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed. 3. There were three of us in the room, but we only had two towels, one washcloth, and one hand towel. 4. On day two, we asked for an extra blanket for the sofa bed and extra towels. When we got back to the room that evening, there was a wadded up blanket thrown on the bed and two more towels and a washcloth. 5. On day three, we asked if they would please empty the garbage as it hadn't been done since we arrived. 6. When we got back to the room that evening, the garbage was emptied, but they took away our extra towels (?). 7. The morning of day 4, my husband had to go down to the front desk and ask for toilet paper. I understand that the staff was short that weekend due to the holiday, but it was more than that. It looks like they are trying to renovate/improve the property, but are cutting corners. The recent paint job was sloppy in our room and other areas. My husband peeled blue paint tape off off walls and around fixtures that was left behind after the job was done. Positives: the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We got a good rate on a King room. It was a big room with a couch and desk. Very comfortable bed and plenty of places to plug things in. Problems - we had to ask front desk for TV controller, towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bath mat. I took a shower and couldn't get the bathtub to drain. The safety latch for the door was broken off. I would stay there again but I'd check my room first for door latch and supplies

I know this isn’t an expensive hotel and you get what you pay for but this was almost funny it was so bad. Everything was filthy everywhere as far as the lobby, hallway, elevators. The automatic front doors were broken and had to be manually opened. Once in my room it was really cold so I attempted to turn on the heat but it was broken. I was expecting extra blankets that I had already requested so I took a hot shower which was fine except 2 of my towels had makeup on them but they weren’t body towels so I didn’t complain. I had a case of soda for the fridge but it was broken and warm and stink when I opened it. I was watching tv waiting for my blankets when a random light I hadn’t touched started to turn on and off, eventually settling in the in position. The light was also broken and there was no toggle to turn it off so I had to unscrew the lightbulb. I still hadn’t received my blankets after 1.5hrs so I attempted to call the front desk and ask but the phone was also broken. At this point I started laughing because it was so ridiculous. However, for $100 the bed was comfortable and the breakfast looked decent, I didn’t eat but there was a variety. The front desk let me borrow a phone charger and my boyfriend grabbed blankets. This place is my go to cheap accommodations when I’m in town visiting family but it was so dirty that no amount of phone chargers will make up for it

I honestly felt like I was being watched at some point of my stay, I had two random guys come in to check on the heat/cooling unit. When it was properly working just fine. After that , that’s when I started to feel concerned.. The Power on/off button of the unit become stiff afterwards, when before it was easily able to be pressed. When arriving to my door . They were knocking rapidly, trying to come in. I only knew they were coming because I previously called like 2 mins before to get my room cleaned and the person on the phone said there’s two people coming your way and they should be there any second. But I did not know anything about that until I had to call. But when arrival . They didn’t came to clean the room they came to check out the hvac system. &l

Overall a pretty poor experience. The good: The beds were fortunately clean and the room had a functional A/C, heater, and TV. It had a working fridge and microwave that were clean. The man that prepared the breakfast was friendly, hospitable, and welcoming. The real bad: Though clean, the beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. Someone blasting music parked outside our room around midnight or 1am and stayed there for 15 minutes or so before tearing off into the night. The paper-thin walls, cheap windows, and proximity to a major road meant it was loud at most times of the day, particularly when the train would roll through late at night. Lots of shady looking people, though whether they were guests or not is unknown since the doors to the outside were all unlocked and people could come and walk off into a neighboring parking lot without issue. The hallway was full of debris and furnishings from a nearby room that I guess was under renovation. The shower had a standing 3" of water while using it, and a layer of scum later when it dried. The toilet sat askew and maybe 6" lower than a toilet ought to. Bathroom fan sounded like a tractor starting up. In-room coffee maker was awful. A hearty do-not-recommend.

The first roo we were given, the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The 2nd room we were given was cleaner, but the toilet tank took 10-15 minutes to refill after each use. I had to reill it with the ice bucket from the tub. The hallway was littered with unused furniture and mattresses.The front entrance doors would not open automatically and even pushing the door it only opened partially.
