We stayed here for three nights over Thanksgiving weekend. To avoid a very long review, I will list the things that were an issue:
1. The night auditor was rude to us and the clerk working.
2. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed.
3. There were three of us in the room, but we only had two towels, one washcloth, and one hand towel.
4. On day two, we asked for an extra blanket for the sofa bed and extra towels. When we got back to the room that evening, there was a wadded up blanket thrown on the bed and two more towels and a washcloth.
5. On day three, we asked if they would please empty the garbage as it hadn't been done since we arrived.
6. When we got back to the room that evening, the garbage was emptied, but they took away our extra towels (?).
7. The morning of day 4, my husband had to go down to the front desk and ask for toilet paper.
I understand that the staff was short that weekend due to the holiday, but it was more than that.
It looks like they are trying to renovate/improve the property, but are cutting corners. The recent paint job was sloppy in our room and other areas. My husband peeled blue paint tape off off walls and around fixtures that was left behind after the job was done.
Positives: the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
