The staff were very accommodating and friendly. There are plenty of areas to sit and enjoy a drink or a meal.The grounds are pretty and well looked after. The pool is beautifully clean and has a life guard.There are great views of the volcano in one direction and the island of capri in the other. It is perfectly situated for visiting pompei. Herculaneum and Naples.If you are happy to walk there are restaurants within 20mins.

We missed our train and ended up stuck in this area. We found Hotel Marad via Expedia. We were hoping to use the pool but it closed at 6:30. However Dinner was delicious and the waitstaff so nice. Breakfast is included and was a lovely buffet with eggs, breads, yogurt, cereals, cheese, juices, etc. I wish we could stay another day to swim.

The property was clean and the staff was great and helpful. The area the hotel is in wasn't the greatest. It was dirty and not many dining options. Besides the hotel restaurant (which didnt have a lot of options and small portions), we had a 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant that also didn't have alot of options. The pool was amazing especially when we needed a day to relax and cool off

The stayed there the night before our morning flight as it's about 20 min from the airport. The property has a great restaurant and a roof-top bar with amazing views. When learning that we'll be leaving before the breakfast time they packed us to-go breakfast which was so good!

Staff friendly and attentive, quickly learnt my sister was gluten intolerant and offered alternatives. Food quality was excellent and menu changed daily. Special mention to Chiro our taxi driver who couldn’t have been more helpful. Room well appointed with free wifi. Overall much better than expected. If I have to be picky I would say there were signs the bathroom would need freshening up before too long and the restaurant could open a little earlier but that is picky

The stay was ok - the bathroom made very loud noises whenever people above flushed the toilets and the sink back filled while I was showering, soaking my clothing which was inconvenient. Otherwise it was a nice hotel within walking distance of Hagia Sophia and the Blue mosque as well as a lot of shopping and places to eat

Overall the very warm receptionist especially the one who assisted us in booking the Amalfi boat tour was very very nice. From greeting us in the morning to us leaving, he was very pleasant and friendly. I am giving him a 10 rating. Very nice guy

Quiet place to stay to visit Vesuvius National Park and Herculaneum Archaeological Park. Beautiful grounds and large parking lot. Friendly reception and staff. Good breakfast. Rooftop terrace bar was closed when we visited end of March, but we still were able to enjoy the view of the sea, Sorrento and Capri. The balcony off our room had a great view of Vesuvius!
