Most of it was fine but the dining was awful.
The restaurant was closed for a private function (unknown/unmentioned at time of booking) so I had room service.
I tried to ring down for it but there was no menu and the phone didn't work. There was a QR code stuck on the mirror instead.
I paid £48 for a salad, a chicken curry dish and sparkling water. There as a £6 tray charge.
However the food arrived in paper boxes, in a carrier bag. No tray, no plate, no service really. The delivery man was brusque.
It would be much more in keeping with the hotel to have a proper room service menu, on real paper not a QR code. Please present the food on real crockery.
