Although it's a new property, it is in a poor state of repair. The quality of furnishing in the rooms, especially in the bathrooms, is not worthy of a 4/5-star hotel. Service at the front desk is ok. However, service at breakfast, although polite, is very unprofessional and utterly slow. I had the breakfast and dinner package included, and the quality and variety of food were mediocre at best. When I was checking out, they probably installed a new lift. It had plastic coverings on it, but no one bothered to clean the dirty hand prints and oil marks from the installation process before making the lift operational. Overall, the vibe is that of a 3-star hotel at the best. They don't even have a cloakroom. They will take care of your luggage, but it is kept open in front of the concierge desk - very unsightly. The manager did offer me a free ride to the airport, but as I was travelling to another part of Mumbai, they were not happy to help - not that it mattered. I really hope they improve.
