While it never was an issue in my room, I did not like having all of the smokers conglomerating outside of the entrance. It was unpleasant to walk in and out when you are met with that much smoke, and they continuously blocked the entrance.

Chic hotel
Very unusually decorated hotel. Centrally located and near the train station. Breakfast one of the best I’ve had and the service was impeccable. The reason why I’m giving it for stars is because I tried to communicate with the hotel shortly after I booked and received no communication either directly to the hotel or through my third-party. Also, the room was very dark kind, could use some extra lighting.

1) We tried to walk into the restaurant for dinner and very rude employees stood in the doorway telling us there was a private party, which I understand, but they could have been nicer about it and not so rude. 2) There was a drunk woman lying on the floor of the bar the second night we were there and she was being detained by the police and screaming. The whole hotel and area gave me a weird vibe.

First trip to Germany, and my wife and I stayed here to enjoy Oktoberfest! Couple of quick tips and notes: 1) You're a 5 minute walk to the main Oktoberfest venue, which is a series of huge tents where people drink and sing all day. You won't need an Uber to get around the main areas of the city. 2) Your right across from the train station! Super quick access in/out of Munich. 3) Down the street are a bunch of restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. Many folks go to after-parties at their hotel bar or dance clubs. This hotel has an AWESOME bar and my wife and I hung out pre- and post- Oktoberfest. It was full of fun people. 4) The hotel has an awesome restaurant. If you can pre-buy the breakfast, I'd recommend that - as we spent $29 euro each for breakfast one morning. 5) The hotel also has a coffee shop that opens to the side of the building. Great spot for pre-gaming drinks and coffee. 6) The rooms can vary in size. Our friends had the "Peacock Suite" which was absolutely HUGE. You can google 25hours peacock suite to see it. 7) Our room was fairy small with low water pressure. I'd suggest upgrading to the Swan if you can. 8) Overall, we had a blast here! Message me for recommendations on food, best Oktoberfest tents, etc.

The entrance to Main Train Station (HBF) is just right outside the hotel. A Rewe nearby and pretty walkable to nearby shops & restaurants. The hotel is definitely well decorated, breakfast was perfect, if not the best yet. Keep it up!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very hospitable. The room was an average size. The shower is exposed - so if you’re not alone ensure it’s someone you’re comfortable with. The bed is comfortable. The gym room is clean but has very little equipment - an elliptical and two bean weights to be exact.

The hotel was good and perfect for what I needed - base for 2 day work trip. If I booked again in Munich, I wouldnt recommend staying so close to the central station which is known to be less safe than other areas (particularly for a solo traveller like me) but that was my fault for not doing enough research. The hotel restaurant, Neni was fantastic and the staff were so kind and helpful! My room was cosy but could have been slightly cleaner (just a bit dusty in parts) and the towels were tired.
