Nice big and well-appointed rooms. Good service and the staff seemed good. The location is very convenient (right between the train station and old town) but the neighborhood seems a bit scary.

Terrific staff, very very good value for money. When you stay at a small hotel near a train station, you expect the worst. But between the very helpful staff, surprisingly large rooms, good amenities, and cleanliness, this was a very pleasant surprise all around.

Really great staff - so helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom didnt seem to have a fan or ventilation, so very damp. The bar fridge in the room has a glass door and a very bright light inside - not great if you need to dark to sleep. Very central location.

The hotel was clean, the room was large with a big modern bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is walking distance from the main train station, where the Lufthansa Express bus from the airport also stops. A little noisy around the area and some street people. Fast food nearby, but a good restaurant is the Munich Stubn (Google it) not far away with good food and great staff.

Near Hauptbahnhof
Hotel Bayers is in a little bit rough part of city but is very close to excellent public transportation (use MVV app). Room had a good safe but it was not secured to anything so someone could take the whole safe.

We loved our stay at Hotel Bayer’s. It is conveniently located near the train station (which is also a metro station), with a short walk to Marienplatz, Hofbrauhaus and other attractions at the city center. The highlight was the helpful and friendly staff, who were always ready with advice and suggestions. Highly recommend this affordable hotel!

The hotel was great! The staff were very helpful, even took our luggage to our room while we returned the rental car. The only change we would make is the sink design….its too small and the faucet too big causing water to drip outside it every time it’s used. The surrounding area is a bit noisy but that’s what you get when you are located in the centre of everything, so it makes sense.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! Renia explained the hotel to us and helped us to our room; she even printed out directions to our destinations and explained exactly how to get there! The room for our family of 4 was perfect. The family room has 2 smaller beds that fit our 13 year olds, and a nice queen size bed for us. There was so much space with a small living area and dining area. It is a little bit loud outside at night but that is to be expected when staying in a busy city. We would definitely stay here again.
