If you are arriving and/or leaving Munich by train this place is ideally located near the Hauptbahnhof. Stay in the pedestrian underpass and take the Bayerstrasse exit and you're basically at the door. Underneath are several food choices that actually take card. The kebab joint was a favourite. the rooms are clean and newly renovated and the staff pleasant with an easy checkin. I'd stay here again anytime I visit Munich. Great value too. Also, the windows have a roll down steel shutter that removes all street noise so don't be put off by the tram tracks right outside, you hear nothing and the room goes completely dark. I had wonderful sleep quality.
We needed to ask for glasses, so not sure what else is offered. The air conditioner did not work and was very noisy fan. However, we did not complain, so a new room may have been offered. The parking was quite far away and because of construction was hard to find. They did offer a discount to the parking rate, that was great. Was close to many sites. Received a choice of free beer or water for not wanting your room cleaned- very innovative.

No air conditioning as advertised. TV wouldnt work, after maintenance came to fix it. There are trams running constantly on the busy street and an underground 100 ft from the hotel which sounds like a roller coaster . We did have a fan in the room but it was 85 several days of our stay. Had to sleep with the windows closed.
However it was spotless, very comfy beds, sparkling bathroom and so convenient to the train station, Grayline Tours and Old Town. Staff was super friendly. If not for the noise on street rooms Id give it an excellent review.
The hotel is walkable from the Hauptbahnhof and close to the Alt Stadt (old city) as well as U and S-bahn, tram stops. The rooms are simple but clean, and though on-site amenities are limited, everything you need is with a block or two.
I would stay there again - very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Very comfortable hotel in a perfect location. Walkable to all main places in Munich. Including Tram, train station, metro, and car re tal Sixt. Loved this hotel. I would stay here again.
The triple room was big, has an elevator. Updated and impecable bathroom.
Great windows to the street.
Staff was very friendly. Easy check in and check out.
Thank you!
Great location to the railway, city trains, and major area of the old town. Rooms were clean and spacious. It’s really close to the railway and so there are some lingering people. But we were still safe.
Very nice to stay for couple days with walk distance to old Munich.

The bed was incredible, the room was so clean. It was also so close to all the things we wanted to see. It was close to the train station but good windows made it very quiet. The staff was very friendly. Our favorite Hotel on our trip.

Rooms were just fine and spacious. Beds were also OK and acceptable for the price. No fridge or microwave. Cleaning wasn't impressive at all. All that aside, the big issue we had was the neighborhood, I couldn't believe the area was part of Munich, Germany. It's more like run down cities in poor third world countries, some people are just wasting their time wondering on streets. I couldn't feel safe getting out during night time.
