We had a wonderful stay at Augustin Hotel. It was perfect for our family of 3 and had such nice options for kids (separate room, toys in the room and lobby, etc.). Everyone was very kind and the breakfast food was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding hotel!
Absolutely outstanding hotel! Stayed only 1 night with my family and kids absolutely adored their separate room part with many sustainable toys and colouring activities. Our room have a wonderful view to Bavaria park. Squeaky clean throughout. Breakfast had everything you could ask for - plenty of choice!

Hotel was perfect for my family of 6…it was close to all the tourist attractions. The Christmas markets were all within 20 minute subway ride. Excellent experience, good service, and great food.

The room was awesome. The staff was amazing. The restaurant was delicious. The hotel was directly across the street from the Tollwood Christmas market. The U-Bahn (subway) was a two-minute walk from the hotel. You can get almost everywhere in the city in 30 minutes or less. However, the room was swelteringly hot. The thermostat would run on cool, but not long enough to cool the room off. If you opened the window (which would only crack open a couple inches), the heat ran to keep the room up to temperature. Add that to pillows that shouldn’t legally be allowed to be called pillows, and you have the makings of a very rough visit. We stayed for three nights and none of my family slept through the night on any of them. I’ve been told that this is a German hotel thing, so I recommend bringing a fan or buying one when you get there.

The only and I do mean only downside was that it was about a 20 min walk from the train station. Otherwise super fun and very nice and friendly staff. Would I stay there again, absolutely and just factor in a few uber rides to the stay.

Everything was excellent, except breakfast. This is our second time we stayed at Augustin, and 1 year ago breakfast was exceptional, the variety of choice and quality. This time, it was very poor, and not very tasty, no oatmeal at all, no chocolate croissant, etc. We are hoping that our next time this will be improved. Thank you!

Beautiful property a little outside of Munich which I what I preferred. Amazing food and quiet, safe area. My only comment is I could hear the doors around my room opening and closing. Other than that perfect hotel!
