Hotel was very unsafe. We had to call the front desk because someone kept knocking and banging on our door at all hours of the night. Security was called and they were not in uniform, I would not answer the door for them either. I truly feel that cameras need to be installed on each floor to protect your customers.

Initially given a very small room with no shower facility (just a bathtub). Staff happily accommodated our request to change rooms. New room was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were all friendly. Location was excellent. Gym and sauna both required a fee to use.

First the location next to the train station is perfect. It is also easy walking distance to the old town. The room was large, clean and quiet. Check-in was quick and easy. There also was a laundromat a few blocks away which was great as we are on a 3-week trip. We would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed at this location for 3 nights. The rooms are in good condition and are spacious and clean. The property is large and getting to your room results having to go through a maze as some of the floors are not connected. There is also a small pool and a small sauna on site that are nice to pass the time in the evening. The bar in the lobby is nice and has live piano music playing in the evenings. Be prepared to over pay for garage parking as the property does not have its own parking.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Abundant water hot enough to use in a hot water bottle was appreciated! Staff were very helpful. Buffet breakfast was great. We could easily walk to anything we wanted to see in Old Town from here.
