Very unsavory people at the entrance. 1/2 staff acted like they were doing us a favor by talking to us. Could be that it is the German way. No coffee or kettle in room. Breakfast was very expensive.

This location was great for being able to get there from the train station. We would have liked to be a little closer to Marietplatz . It was a comfortable and clean hotel.

The staff on the front desk were super helpful during our stay. Bedroom didn’t have any tea or coffee making facilities but the air con was good however when I went to use the gym the air con was not on, wasn’t adjustable and the water fountain was empty. Would recommend eating breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel is near the main train station which is very continent. One problem is the WiFi which is spotty at best which was very annoying.

Walkable for many attractions
This hotel is great for exploring Munchen in the Marienplatz area (about a 10 minute walk away) or for joining some of the bus tours (maybe a 7 minute walk) or for using the main rail station (a block away)—all of which we did. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was possibly the best we’ve ever had, the pool was nice, and it was overall a good hotel. The only downside is that the area it’s in is not the nicest—you have to go down what feels like an alley to get there and there was often people hanging around that area smoking—no one bothered us but it felt off-putting to walk out of a very nice hotel into that.

Shower was not properly enclosed so problem with water going all over the floor. Pressure far too high adjusted by a technician after bathroom flooding. Generally short of space including at breakfast. Minimal food provision and shut on Sunday. Despite the picture the swimming pool was quite small and could only reach via stairs. Inadequate bathrobe and drying facility. No private shower, all very minimal.

Hotel was excellent, rooms were great, staff very helpful and breakfast selection is excellent. The pool was lovely and well kept. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the old town and very close to the station.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, location is great for exploring the city and also taking trains to other parts of Germany as its right near the central train station. The neighborhood itself however is a little seedy with casinos ans strip clubs on the same street. Nothing the hotel can do about that but good to know for families planning a visit.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We like it because the rooms are nice, sizeable and clean with air-conditioning. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It has a nice bar and a swimming pool. Breakfast is good and varied. Location wise the hotel is a minute walk from the station and a 5 to 10 minute walk from the shopping and old town area of Munich.
