We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Hotel was a couple of blocks from the central train station and a metro station. Also, we were right next to the Munich old town. Our rooms were surprisingly very basic. We didn’t need housekeeping every day. (It was only available upon request.) We stayed in to different rooms

Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the train station and S, U, and tram lines. Room was a good size with a large bathroom with counter and shelf space, which was nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Clean smart hotel very close to the main station in Munich city centre. The front desk is manned until 10pm, and rooms aren’t serviced daily for short stays but overall, an excellent place. Shower in our room was particularly good.😊

The staff Ben, Sara, Anna, Chris, Megan and Q. provided excellent service, always friendly, efficient and understanding when I was unwell. Easy walking distance from Central Railway Station and Marionplatz and lots of restaurants and supermarkets handy.

A brilliant hotel, super friendly staff who gave us some brilliant recommendations for restaurants, gave us great info regarding the public transport & we’re just so helpful in general! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Munich, and just as an added bonus the bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept on in my life!
