Welcome to our newly renovated & decorated beach house! As new owners of this beach house, we take pride in knowing you will be as comfortable here as you would in your own home! We are one minute driving distance with our golfcart from the beach inside Oceanside Village. We are in an oceanfront golf cart gated community with many extra amenities! Our home was voted home & yard of the month May 2024! Your family will love coming here to create your family vacation memories! Enjoy the outdoor pools with a children's play area or if you need out of the HOT sun, enjoy the one indoor as well! Take a relaxing ride on our included golf cart. This will also allow you easy access to the beach area with private parking for owners and guests of Oceanside Village. You will have all the necessary comforts & cleanliness of our home. We also have five roku/cable TV that have been updated to enjoy! Fully equipped kitchen & linens all included with brand new full size washer & dryer. All you will need is your beach towels and sun screen! Beach chairs, umbrella ⛱️ & boogie board & toys included! Relax in our Carolina Room after a day at the beach. You & your family can enjoy a night of grilling out on the included new gas grille on our newly private covered outdoor patio & outdoor furniture, eating area, newly installed outside shower & Roku TV. Accurate Listing

The house was as listed. It was very nice and a good amount of space for me and my wife. We spent a week here and Randy was nice as he checked in on us every other day. The outside patio was a good spot to relax as well.

Wonder Beach Cottage

Would highly recommend this beautiful beach cottage. Clean and tidy when we arrived very spacious and loved the back patio area. Very close to the beach and enjoyed our stay . Hope to stay again next year. Great communication with owner he texted me every couple days to make sure our stay was going well.. Thanks again for a wonderful time.

Little Gem

My family and I had a wonderful time at this cute little home. And being able to bring our little dog was fantastic. The outdoor seating area was a personal favorite & where we spent most evenings. It was in a great location for everything we wanted to do and the bonus was being in a gated community. The owner, Randy, was amazing from the time we booked until the time we left at the end of our trip. We definitely hope to be able to return sometime and stay in this home again!

Perfect for family

Very cozy and plenty of space. Loved the outside patio area which we hung out every morning and night. Kitchen had everything needed for the week. Golf cart was so much fun but could use some new tires. Was struggling a little bit. Overall it was a fun and perfect week.

Prior to arrival we had good communication with the owner. Upon arrival the location, grounds and outside of of property were nice. Inside cleanliness was not up to par. Noticed many minor cleanliness issues which added up and there was a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fans which you will need to use. There was sign posted stating not to set the air condition below 73. This made for hot and uncomfortable sleeping conditions, especially in the back room. You are asked to do laundry and dishes before you leave which is fine, however there is no detergent provided for either. There is only one trash bag provided so bring more if you may need. None of these extra needed items were mentioned before the stay so it was frustrating to learn these things as the week went on. The owner does check in on the cameras while you are on property which felt a little uncomfortable. The outdoor shower on the patio and the golf cart were nice features and convenient. The roof of the golf cart holds water and will leak on you. Everyone in the community was friendly. The community pools and are nice. The area on the beach for the community gets really busy and you have to go out early to save a spot if you want a decent view. This is mostly due to the chairs and umbrellas they have set up to rent which you can not set up in front of. Overall a nice community and decent property.

Paradise

We truly enjoyed our stay.. Randy was a great host who was always very prompt with responses and communication.. The home was very accurate to description and photos that are on VRBO. We found the home to be wonderfully decorated, spacious, clean, nicely stocked, and we instantly felt at home. Golf cart was definitely an added plus to an already perfect rental. If you get an opportunity make sure you take the golf cart and drive over to the conch cafe. There is a golf cart only parking lot and very close access to the beach. We were able to bring our little Doggy and the completely fenced in outdoor space was great, we felt so comfortable with our little dog running around not having to worry about her while we enjoyed the great outdoor space. A highly recommend this rental.

Spent a week in Surfside to attend a wedding and vacation with friends. This unit was very clean a delightfully decorated with beach decor. Private outdoor patio area with television and outdoor shower. Golf cart was great! Owner was extrenely responsive. Would definately stay there again.

Great house in a great location

Beautiful clean house in a secure gated community. A few minute golf cart ride to the beach with private parking. A great location with restaurants just a golf cart ride away or a short drive to Broadway at the beach. My family had a great stay and we will definitely be back!

Fun times

We had a wonderful time staying in Another Day in Paradise! This is our second time staying here and are planning to stay again next year. Had fun grilling on the patio and hanging out in the tiki bar! The property is clean and very comfortable. We had great communication with the homeowner. I highly recommend this vacation rental!

Randy and Evie have a fabulous, clean, and tidy place that is very relaxing and close to the beach. The golf cart is an added plus in getting to the beach. Definitely would stay here again as we had such a good time we didn't want to leave. One of the best places we have stay at.
