Very unkept, dirty property. Expected something much nicer for price charged for the stay. Quite honestly place is a dump. Would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was fine, pool area looked nice but I didn't use since I spent my time mostly out and about in Grand Haven. Breakfast options were great both days. I'd rate them higher but I thought the $100 security deposit wouldn't still be on my card 5 days later.

I did not like that the room was very dusty The bathroom looked like somebody used it. There was hair clogged in the shower tub. The shower knob was not put in. There was no shampoo in the shampoo bottle it was empty . They gave us only one toilet roll and the flush was not working properly. The Hotle was packed and no other room was available

I had a first-floor room which I requested. That was good and convenient. was very disappointed that the hot tub as not working when I tried to get in it. It wasn’t very hot. Apparently it was fixed later but I am disabled and could not try again because I did not feel well. Over all, it was a good experience but I was very disappointed about the hot tub not working. Thank you.

Overall we have enjoyed the stay. We started on the wrong foot the first hour we arrived for a few things that were fixed later once addressed: the room was not vacuumed, our small room fridge wasn't blowing cold air upon arrival (had no knob, so we couldn't figure out what way was the coldest,) and the icemaker on the 2nd floor didn't work. Once we addressed these issues: the concierge came with the vacuum cleaner and vacuumed himself at 11:00 pm, he also coded the ice maker in the hallway so in the morning we had ice, and turned the broken knob of our small fridge, so again in the morning it was ok. Now, positive: Jacob, the breakfast man, was the most pleasant, friendly guy who cooked continental breakfast for us every morning and honestly it was the highlight of all staff... concierge personnel were just not as friendly, though the guy who initially came to fix our fridge, etc. did explain the situation a few days later and was more friendly :) good thing! The hotel is literally 5 minutes away from the beach and that's what we enjoyed the most! The location! Room was ok, thought the bathroom is the most tiny place... my 6'7'' foot son had a hard time turning around! Again, those are minor little things and we might be considering the same place in the future! Thank you!

Overall, we were pleased with this venue. However, the hot tub was not functioning the entirety of our 4 night stay nor were the guest laundry room clothes dryers. Middle of summer, wet pool & beach wear & towels were still wet the following day, so no dryers were a huge disappointment. Breakfast choices were many, and the serving hours of 6:30 - 9:30 worked well for us. The self cooking mini pancakes were a great treat!
