Upon entering our way over priced room (hotel is very outdated and flooring - everything's filthy) Our room smelled like dirty dog. Completely repulsive. I went to front desk to request a new room and the front desk person Logan said if we used the room at all say went to the bathroom we'd have to keep that room because their house cleaners were gone. They confirmed we were put in a "dog room ". They sent a person up to inspect our room to make sure we didn't leave it in anyway untidy and continued to tell us even if we had to go to the bathroom expecting the room wasn't going to be unpleasant that all they could do was spray some room deodorizer. Logan continued ranting in a passive aggressive way somehow making us feel guilty for possibly using the bathroom before realizing how repulsive the room was and if that was the case we'd be stuck with the smelly room. No empathy and no service you'd expect from any hotel much less one charging almost $300. I will never spend another dime at a Wyndham hotel. Horrible

Good overall if you stay off the carpets and chair

The free breakfast was great with hot food and so much selection for other types of food. The seating area was small and hard to find a seat if you came after 8 am. The coffee was very week and could be greatly improved on. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The pool area was great. We spent a lot of time there with the grandkids. The pool towels could be bigger. It took two to three for an adult. The carpets are filthy and need a good cleaning. Our grandson was crawling on them and his hands, knees, and feet were black. The chair in the room was also filthy. It should be replaced with one that can be wiped clean. The water pressure was great and hot water always available. However, the drains were missing and the sink was stopped up. New fixtures should be put in the tub and sink.

We were in town visiting family for four days. Liked the different breakfast entree all four days. Pool was great. Cant tell you how many hotel's we've stayed in with "indoor heated pool" that was so cold you couldn't swim in it. This one was perfect. Pool was warm and hot tub was hot. Room was average size. Room and hotel were clean. We would definitely stay again.

We had a king size bed room. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the room had everything that we needed. The cons were: the bathroom is very small, there was a clump of hair in the tub drain. Other than that the room was nice. The continental breakfast bar in the morning was very crowded the 2 days we stayed, other guests were greedy with the food so we only went one time and went to breakfast elsewhere after that. The pool was nice, it’s heated. I loved it.

This was my first time at this hotel. It was clean and I liked the white comforter. Hate when hotels have colored bedding. Had a fridge and microwave in the room. The pool was very nice. Perfect temperature. The hot tub was nice too. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast had some decent options. Bed was comfy enough. The only thing I noticed the vent over the bathtub was pretty dirty. I guess they didn’t look up when cleaning the room! Other than that it was great especially for the price.
