Great Stay!
Clean, well stocked, and scenic property. We had a wonderful weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us, and the beach was just a short walk away. Gorgeous sunsets! We would definitely come back!

Perfect Lake Michigan Setting
We really enjoyed a week on the property, with friends staying in the other cottage. The location on the lakefront is really spectacular with beautiful beaches and woods. Cottage is small but clean and well-stocked. It was adequate for a small family. We spent most of our time outside anyway!

Quiet Getaway 😌
This is a small property but the owners have made such great use of the space that it’s not missing a thing!! The location is fantastic! In the middle of the woods with lake access!!! Just perfect!😁 The small size might be an issue if you’re planning to travel with friends. But it’s perfect size for a couple or a family with small children. We definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again!

Cute cabin
Love the outdoor seating and the beach. Beautiful view. There was a nail head on a step that was raised about 1/2 inch and it tore my toe when climbing back up to house, but will be fine. I suggest hammering it in though. The beds were very comfortable. Water temp fluctuates but not a big deal. Would definitely come again.

Nestled Gem!
We had a wonderful time at this tiny house! The home is well built allowing for space for people that is private even for our family of five. The outdoor space adds a lot to this rental. The deck with large picnic table, firepit with chairs, the woods to one side and the beach to the other kept us outside a great deal. The house feels nestled into the little glen and is very private. The beach was truly spectacular - easy to get to, great sand, clean water, and few people. The area is surrounded by woods with the Muskegon State Park and Pioneer Park down the road. We were so content at the little house and beach that we only managed to leave a couple of times. We would highly recommend the Adventure Park at the Muskegon State Park. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Location
We really enjoyed our stay, this pictures were accurate, the cabin was cozy, and the directions given to locate the cabin were on point. The only drawback was it was so dark when with the porch light on it was difficult to see to get from the parking spot to the porch.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The property was nice. Not sure how this is a "new build" walking in the door or smells old and musty. Cute house and the way it was decorated. But there was cobb webs on all the lights on the ceilings, bugs and dirt in the floor corners. There was even mushrooms growing out of the floor in the bathroom next to the tub! No hot water in the shower! Unless you turn in the hot water in the bathroom sink AND the hot water in the shower at the same time

Wonderful
This property has everything you might need while vacationing. The owners were prompt in their response to a request (an oversight on my part). I stayed with my 6 year old daughter and we had plenty to do; Michigan Adventure, Lewis Adventure Farm, Grand Haven (ride the trolley), Mac Woods Dune Rides and Craig's Cruisers, and more! You'll enjoy your stay here, especially the amazing beach and morning/ evening walks down the shore.

Beautiful cottage
They stay was amazing. The cottage had everything we needed (including spices). Our only complaint was that the stairs leading to the beach was over grown but the owner talked with us and they just recently purchased the property. They were hiring a person to come care for the property. We will definitely be booking again and have recommended to several friends.

Relaxing and Comfortable
The house was extremely comfortable, well-appointed, and made good use of the relatively small space. You can hear the lake from the house with the windows open and a very short walk takes you to the top of a dune for breathtaking views, and the beach is only a few steps away. There are other houses nearby, but the area was peaceful and quiet.

We had a great stay in this little cortage. Amazing use of space and had everything we needed. Quiet and beautiful. I would suggest to mark the driveway better as it was difficult to see but otherwise very easy to find.

Very nice cottage for a short stay
Small, cute, comfy and well appointed. The house doesn’t really have a view of the water, which is still only a few steps away. The beach has been beat up by Mother Nature, but there’s still plenty of clean sand and the water is super clear and rock free.

Exactly as pictured. Beautiful tiny home.
This tiny home was perfect for our family of 4 to enjoy the exact reason we traveled to Michigan; time together at the beach. The home is exactly as pictured and space is utilized perfectly. The owner responded to messages quickly but we really didn’t have any issues or troubles to discuss. Steps to the beach were easy to access and manage - and less than a minute walk from the front door. You can hear the waves on a beautiful day when windows are able to be open. So much to explore in this area - would love to return!

Amazing beach and outdoor space
My family and I loved the close beach access and the general outdoor amenities. The house itself is small but enough space for my wife, 7 year old daughter, and 5 year old son, especially since the goal is to be outside, not in. Only drawbacks are the shower (only got about two minutes of hot water at a time), the beds (which weren’t very comfortable), and the couch (ditto). If those were all improved, it’d be perfect.

Beautiful beach
The deck and private beach honestly make this property. Gorgeous and so relaxing. The property itself is very small but efficiently packed, having most everything you could possibly need. I will say we cooked a few nights, and because the place is so small and ventilation is not great without a stove fan, the fire alarm went off a few times. A minor inconvenience but something to be aware of if you’re looking to do a bunch of cooking. Otherwise, the place e was quaint and we enjoyed our long weekend.

Perfect week getaway to end the summer
Wow. Where does one begin? My now-fiancé (who proposed to me on this trip!) and I had the best time ever in this really sweet, cozy and perfectly designed cottage at the most beautiful private beach. Well equipped and thought out, the cottage also provided many tools that were useful for indoor and outdoor living. We would relax by the beach during the day, make a fire or have a barbecue in the evening, and catch the sunset and spend many late nights stargazing at the lookout. The view of the night sky on the lookout, wow, absolutely surreal. Though there are two houses on this property, we were able to have the privacy we needed (major priority for us) and enjoy our time peacefully. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were really friendly and nice, which is a lovely plus. We will be back!

Great area
Overall it was a very fun and good vacation. A few things that disturbed us was lack of communication in when workers would be working on the erosion on the beach. I understand that erosion control is necessary and out of our control but a heads up from the property owner would have been nice. Access to the beach is improving be prepared to use a ladder to get down to the beach area. Once you see there holy cow how amazing it is! Another iffy thing for us was the cleanliness of the linens that were provided to us By the owner such as hand towels and rags. Overall it was a great trip I would definitely stay here again and recommend someone to give it a try!

Fabulous
It was a great home and a fabulous setting. We had a great time. Everything was thought of and provided! The only downside being the steps to the beach. The last section was washed away and it was difficult to get down to the water and virtually impossible to get back out. We had to fabricate something like steps from old wood and drift wood You need to be agile to negotiate this
