Cottage is available Thanksgiving 2024 ...we just updated a few things at our cottage and are renting it out this summer when our family is not using it....

Please message me if you want to book it...as the booking calendar may not be up to date at all times.

Lake Rosseau cottage rental... Available MAY 1st TO October 31st...2 hour drive from Toronto, 5 mins from Windermere and 15 mins from Port, dock parking available for your boat and large back yard for boat trailer.

Small pets ok, if larger please ask...we have wireless internet & air conditioning.....KAYAK and paddle boat on-site.

Muskoka cottage..3 bedroom with 4 beds... and 2 large couches for extra company in living room, 1000 square foot cottage right on the lake (sun all day on the dock)..- 5 minutes from Windermere House Hotel , where there is golf /tennis, restaurants.,bar , live entertainment, spa and gym.... marina located in Windermere for boat gas. and BOAT RAMP. Port Carling 15 min drive groceries/banks..restaurants etc.

Kitchen & living room overlooks the lake ....
gets the sun all day...faces southwest...dock also has sitting table and large sun umbrella for those who need some shade on the lakefront...
great share for 2-3 couples or family gathering...

- 3 bedrooms and 2 large couches (sleeps 6-8 comfortably...
bedroom one has...1 queen bed ,
bedroom two has ...1 double bed,
and bedroom three has... 1 single bed and... 1 twin bed.

- 15 minute drive to Bracebridge or 15 min Port Carling for groceries and LCBO, fishing bait etc.

Please note there are 10 stairs up to the living quarters...

Muskoka Lake Stay
Great lake! The boat house was clean and cozy, well equipped. The only thing is that it needs more lighting. The drive way slopes so stay on the gravel part as the car can get stuck if parked on the steep non gravel part especially if the ground is wet it can be muddy. The driveway that leads to the cottage, the bush needs to be cut back as the entrance is hidden. Bring bug spray. There is a nice dock to sit on and watch the sun set and great to dine outside. There is a BBQ and the cottage is a short drive to port carling which is great. Easy to get to and overall it was a great stay. Would recommend this property!!
