Ipar Kale apartment is in a special building in the down town of Mutriku. The village has an interesting architectural and historical heritage, so we breathe the stories that great navigators left while we stroll through Mutriku, such as Cosme Damian Txurruka, the famous seafarer who died at the Battle of Trafalgar, or Antonio Gaztañeta, a seaman and engineer, the pioneer of shipbuilding.
Mutriku is a beach town with natural swimming pools and a harbor, but also streets, slopes, stone, palaces and historic houses. And just in the historic centre, between narrow and steep streets, we shall find a street in which is the historic facade of our apartment. It has a bow and a historical stone, and it has a special access. Like many houses on the old side of Mutriku, he doesn't have an elevator. If you look at it from the outside, it would be a third floor, but it's really like a second floor. There are only two floors. Like two duplex. "When we come in from the court, we will go up to the door which is opposite to the door. And behind that door, there are a few curved steps to the main floor of the house.
The DEPOSIT will be charged before arrival, through electronic payments, and the credit card will be essential.
It is an open space with an open kitchen with a certain Parisian touch that joins the living room and dining room, and it has a small balcony that overlooks the outside, as well as a 1.40m double sofa bed. It has a Smart TV and marine decoration, as well as a complete bathroom with a large Gresite shower and a room with a 1.35m folding bed in which there is a small terrace that overlooks the back of the building from where you can see the far and between the buildings the sea. Part of the roof on this floor is made of veluxes that allow natural light to enter from the roof, completely illuminating the house. From this main floor you go up through some wooden stairs to the undercover. Another height with a drop, directly under the ceiling, where we have natural light and an open space with a low height and in which it is not possible to stand up completely (1.40 m). It has a sofa. A romantic space with homey touches and from which you can see the stars. It's time to bend over in this space.


The whole house has several stores. Shelves, pendants, boxes, but there is little space for wardrobes.

It's a strange gateway, but the interior will make forget the feeling it might feel at first. At most it's an apartment for three people, and it looks after every detail. Fully equipped, Wi-Fi all over the house and very special for a few romantic days. Indeed, it is not at all recommended for infants and those with some physical disability.

Estancia muy agradable
El apartamento es muy bonito, luminoso y limpio. Hemos estado en el muy a gusto. El pueblo y la zona nos ha encantado. Hay que tener en cuenta las cuestas y los escalones de entrada al apartamento. La entrada y la salida son autónomas pero todo funcionó muy bien y Ander estuvo pendiente.
