Unfortunately, I couldn’t stay through the Covid19, I have requested a refund and both expedia and the hotel have not responded to my request. I find it very inconsiderate that I have been trying for an answer for more than two months and it has not been possible because the administration has not replied. very poor contact attention.

Bed Bugs This property was (both rooms that I reserved) where infested with Bed Bugs. The condition of the property was extremely poor. Old furniture and horrible conditions. Do not stay here.

Overpriced for what you get (although it was Mykonos in August) but has everything you need. FYI you wont always get a twin/double room if you ask. Me and my friend had to share a double bed which wasnt ideal, we were offered a twin room but it was much smaller so we kept the double. Excellent customer service from the concierge and ideal location for town and bus stations

The two gentlemen, Ilias and Costas, were extremely helpful the entire time of our stay. They were available on Whatsapp and helped arrange transport from the airport to the hotel. Prior to going I read reviews about people having difficulty taking their luggage up the hill. We did not have this issue with the transport service provided (which cost 25 euros).

The guy who checked me in, Konstantinos, did an amazing job. He was waiting for me outside the property when I arrived. The fact that he is on WhatsApp really helped, as I could notify him about my flight being delayed. When I needed something from him, I whatsapped him and he took action straight away. The only bad things about the property is that it is located on a hill and it's a struggle to walk up the hill. Also, the upper part of all doors is with stained glass, so you don't have full privacy in your room. Finally, the rooms are not very soundproof.

Host was excellent, however it’s quite a walk from town. The walk up is intense, especially when you are carrying your luggages. Close to Fabrika station where you can catch a bus anywhere (new port, old port, or any of the beaches) for cheap.

The place was close to the town but the room was very small no place for baggage’s and the bathroom very very small and when you were getting shower the water would come out to the room, no room service, they wouldn’t change the towels and sheets, room was dirty

-Nice view of sunset if you have a balcony -Massive hill from Mykonos town up to hotels - ie very steep for you had a pram or elderly -No reception, per say, there is a gentleman that can be contacts by Whatsapp but no assistance, ie in the middle of the night when all the light where turning on and off -Expensive for value

mykonos guesthouse
It is not really a hotel. It is a guest house as it says on its name: "Pansion". For the overall prices in the Island this was the one that best suited our budget. We chose it mainly for its location near the Elysium hotel. The room was basic, but with very good A/C, black out windows and daily housekeeping. Anastassios, was in charge of managing this and some other properties. He was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay there.

Every night was a nightmare.
Until 11pm the club close by blasts music so loud you can't even think straight. Then we were lucky to have neighbors move into the room next to ours that were up shouting in Greek until 2 in the morning just for them to wake up at 6 am and for it to all start again. The wifi was atrocious, the maid left the door unlocked after she would come in and clean, and the walk up the hill was miserable. Only saving grace was the view from our balcony.
