This Cycladic style holiday House is set high up on a hill side, located in the exclusive residential area of Agios Ioannis Diakoftis, with superb views, over the Mykonos’ Town, the Little Venice and the famous Mykonian Windmills, it is located 800 meters from the wonderful Ornos Beach, (Ornos Village has a Supermarket, kite surfing area, 24 hours bakery and many romantic ,family and gourmet tavernas, bars, cafes by the sea) , approximately 4,7 km from airport and 4 km from bustling Mykonos Town. It has a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, private parking, private water tank, solar water heater, private without access road . A really charming and delightful House, built according to the traditional Mykonian style, with white-colored walls, floors and furniture for an elegant and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for large families or groups accommodating up to 6 guests that seek a restful setting on Mykonos island.
The neighborhood is residential and the house is at the end of a private road ensuring security, privacy and calmness at the most beautiful area of the island, 500m. from the private Villa of the current President of Greek Democracy. The access to the house is by car, or motorbike and there is private parking space.
The house has a backyard with a private swimming pool and an outside dining area. Upon the entrance, you can find one fully equipped kitchenette, with a microwave oven and a refrigerator , the dining area, the fire place and an unfold double sofa bed. Next to the dining room there is one bedroom with a double bed, a closet, a led TV and one bathroom with shower. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have also ceiling fan (for the environmental friendly* guests). In front of the bedroom there is a large balcony with a Jacuzzi , an outdoor dining and sitting area and superb views of the sea, Korfos Bay, Port of Mykonos, Town of Mykonos Little Venice and Windmills. From the House someone can watch the Sunrise, the Sunset and the Moon rise over Mykonos.

IMPORTANT REMARKS:
WE INFORM YOU THE FOLLOWING FROM THE BEGINNING SO IF THERE ARE ANY DOUBTS IT IS BETTER NOT TO BOOK THE HOUSE.
1.The house is attached to other homes, we only accept guests that are quiet and respectful of the neighbors.
Quiet hours for the Swimming pool: swimming pool cannot be used from 15:00 - 17:30 and 22:00 - 09:00
Quiet hours at the complex: No noise from 15:00 - 17:30 and from 23:59 - 09:00.
NO noise or parties at the house
Any noise complaints will lead to termination of rental and you will be asked to leave the property.
2. Seeking to provide to all our guests optimum level of quality, peace of mind and relaxation, in our house we will give to you:
a. Airport meet & greet, transfer costs extra, at the lowest price and we will escort you to the house and inform you of everything you need to know to enjoy your stay on the island.
b. A full description of all the amenities and all guidelines needed to be followed during the stay will be given to you by the caretaker.
c. Concierge service.
d. Welcome refreshment.
e. Welcome basket with local delicacies.
f. Bath amenities.
g. Cleaning housekeeping, change of linen/towels upon request free of charge.
h. Any kind of transportation rental can be arranged (IF YOU WANT TO) at the lowest price after mutual agreement, taking in your consideration that in order to enjoy the house and the island we STRONGLY recommend to arrange your own transportation.
3. Please note that upon when you book and before your arrival, for tax purposes and security reasons I would like to collect more information about you (names and ages of the guests and your passport number).
4.You must provide information a day prior to your arrival regarding your arrival time and departure time to and from the house. This is mainly in order someone to be at the house to greet you and delivery the key, since this is a holiday house and not a hotel with reception.
*Environmental friendly. The house has double pane glass windows all around, Thick concrete walls and isolated roof, to keep stable temperature inside. We use low consumption lighting bulbs everywhere and the water heater is solar heater so we have low consumption. We also encourage our customers to turn off air-conditioning, while away, since the inside of the house keeps stable temperature and the powerful air-conditioning brings the desirable cooling in the rooms within 5 min. **Common swimming pool: We cannot guarantee that the COMMON swimming pool will be opened at the time of your visit. The pool may be closed for repairs or other reasons. NO REFUNDS OFFERED IF THE COMMON SWIMMING POOL IS NOT AVAILABLE.
