Your Garden City Beach vacation destination awaits you! The Beach House condominium complex is located on the ocean just a half mile north of the Garden City Pier. #314 was recently renovated in 2019 to include new flooring, lighting, ceiling fans, kitchen appliances, new bedding, master bedroom furniture, bathroom vanities and fixtures, painting in bathrooms and kitchen, new side chairs (one a recliner) and side tables, entertainment unit in living room, USB ports and smart outlets. Accommodating 4 it has 1 queen and 2 single beds. In unit full size washer and dryer. A third floor condominium with a fantastic ocean view! NO smoking and NO vaping inside the unit or on the balcony!

Beach House is located 0.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with not only direct ocean front views, but units with side ocean views and pool views. Enjoy an oceanside outdoor pool that is open from Easter – October 1. Soak up the sun on the complex's sundeck or step right down to the sandy beach and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean. Unit amenities vary and for your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry facility on site. There is no elevator at Beach House. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, boats, trailers, and pets are not permitted.

Perfect!
We could not have asked for more! Place was extremely clean, nicely decorated, equipped with everything we needed, great location & can't even complain about climbing the stairs, as they were great for burning all the extra calories from all the amazing food we enjoyed in the area! Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Nice stay
Nice apartment with nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Apartment could a broom to help sweep up the sand. No matter how much you think you got all the sand off of your body, there is inevitably some left over. Might want to address the cockroaches around the dumpster at night. Otherwise, we had a nice stay and will book again in the future.

Needed a broom worth using . Also could have left some dish soap small or extra toilet paper and paper towels. Basic things so you don’t face to rush to the store as soon as you drive 9 hours .
