Easy to find. Arrived around 11:30 am. I seemed to bother the front desk clerk. She wasn't at the desk but around the corner in an office. Came back at 3:30 and a very pleasant young lady greeted me and gave me my keys. Hall was in need of cleaning, stains on carpet. Breakfast was wonderful and employee was very nice and accomidating. Will attempt to come back.

Our room was so filthy and the carpet and furniture was so filthy and so beaten down that we did not want to walk barefoot in the room or sit on the sofa.

The carpeted hallway near my room was gross. Not only very stained but looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Overall the hotel was not well maintained and felt dirty. There was also terrible road noise and hard to sleep because of it.

The employee at the front desk was wonderful and accommodating when I expressed my concern. The room was filthy and I believe had bed bugs, I didn't stay so I can't say for sure. The hotel smelled and was very rundown. I requested a refund and did not stay.

This place needs a COMPLETE overhaul. It is extremely outdated, in disrepair, dirty and SMELLS awful. The only reason I'm not giving it a 1 start is because I've actually seen a hotel worse then this, once. If you are someone who likes a CLEAN, fresh smelling, comfortable hotel this is NOT the place. The front desk staff was ok & the bed was decently comfy. Everything else was less than desirable. We would never stay here again unless completely revamped. We did check the beds and did not see any bed bugs as others mentioned. As an additional heads up if you get the TWO ROOM SUITE like we did ONLY 1 of the ROOMS HAS A DOOR which was very problematic for us as two families staying in the suite.

The whole place especially our room was dirty and unkept. Lighting in the room was bad and bulb was out in the bathroom. The halls smelled. The ice machine did not work on our floor. Our keys did not work when we got to our room. The elevator got stuck a couple of times.The employees were not friendly.

We did not stay. After 20 mins we decided the room was too nasty. There was dried up food in the pull out bed, the mattress pad/mattress was absolutely disgusting. There was no hot water Iin the shower. The shower drain was just laying in the tub, you could see down the pipe. I've started a chat about a possible refund, but haven't gotten anything back yet.

Was very disappointed with this facility, especially knowing that they are part of the Radisson family. Not as clean or updated as other Raddisson facilities that I have stayed at. However, was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the free breakfast was.
