I have stayed here previously and this was the worst experience. The rooms are out dated, the first 2 nights it took almost 45 minutes to get hot water to our room - not to mention we had to have some unclogged the toilet 3x from soap being lodged in the pipe. The hotel was freezing cold - the staff was in coats and had space heaters everywhere. My grandma who stayed also moved rooms FIVE times in 24 hours. Thermostat falling off wall , door doesn’t lock, put in the wrong room - then the Christmas Day water issue. This was overall embarrassing as I brought my family from a good experience from the summer. Christmas Day we were told our floor did not have water and we had to move which took an hour out of our day missing our lunch reservations. The front desk staff was friendly and took care of us with a small credit. And free breakfast credits. Hidden Fee / parking was never told self parking was $13 a day. Bar staff was AMAZING made up for a not so great experience.

Unfortunately we did not have HOT water for the entire stay. Hot water is not a luxury, when the outside temperatures are 30s, a hot shower is a must. It was not even warm water it was ICE COLD. We are completely unhappy that we have been charged for two nights with this situation. The property grounds are very nice, the beach front is nice. The room is not updated at all. There was a dirty and large open air vent directly above my shower head you could see up clearly. The paint on the doors was chipping and rusted. The rooms were badly outdated. We were so excited the resort looks so nice in pictures. The lobby area was freezing and there was literally NO heat on, and it was freezing during our stay. The femal employee that was training at the coffee shop downstairs was very rude. The bartender upstairs was very nice and the front desk staff was nice. We are very disappointed with th visit overall and want a resolution for the hot water we did not have. Apparently many of the other guests said the same thing!!

I was initially pleased with the check in and a free breakfast offering. Wasn't happy that I had paid for upgraded room that I initially thought was kind of private as you had to go outside the main building area to access it. But the second night we were subjected to 3 hours of thumping bass from a party in the ballroom 8 floors below. Front desk said that they asked the party to turn it down but that is all they could do. It was still loud and vibrating in our room. Funny thing was that you couldn't hear it in the main part of the building. Doubt I would return. Lots of hotels in Myrtle Beach to choose from.

1st room had no hot water, no heat, leaking shower.. Had to bascially beg for a new room. Got to the new room and it had mold and the door was about off the hibges they sent maintenance. Got up the next morning with basically no hot water again. The manager said he was qorking to fix it after 3 hours hot water came and the heat left ..This property is poorly maintained and needs a remodel. NOT A PLEASANT DTAY AT ALL WILL NOT BE BACK. BY THE WAY THE INDOOR POOL IS IN A SEPARATE BUILDING

I called to see what could be done about my reservations due to having some sort of virus the day of check in. The manager told me that I would still be charged full price for the room. Would he have rather I come and get people sick including his staff? There were no accommodating just an oh well!
