We stayed for 5 days at the Bridgewater condos, it was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The view of the sunrise every morning from our balcony was gorgeous. The beach access was only steps away and the outside pool is open till 10pm which is perfect for evening swims. The kitchen was equipt with everything we needed to cook our meals. Housekeeping came by every day to refresh the room if needed, give us clean towels, take any garbage, replace dishsoap, etc. I used the laundry facilities which were located in the same building, the detergent and dryer sheets were available for purchase from a vending machine. Even though the building was quite full with vacationers, we never heard any outside noise in our room. We're looking forward to returning in the spring for our next vacation.

Bait n switch, dont stay at the Pawleys Plantation
Bait n switch, closet of a room 7 miles from actual property. 1 roll of toilet paper no room service to get more, no outlets or coffee pot, had to go buy one, sump pump rumbled everytime u turned on water, not much came out of the sink faucet, only mirror covered by a tv. Horrible

I would have given a 5 star, but the maid service was terrible. We were in a room without a washer and dryer, so we were supposed to get fresh linen daily and trash pickup daily. Out of five days, we had trash pickup 2 days, and never received fresh towels. We had to go go get towels ourselves from the check in desk Monday afternoon again Wednesday afternoon. I even stopped the maid on several occasions and they told me our towels would be swapped out when they got down to our end of the hall. But, we'd get in off the beach in the evening, every day, and no towels!!!

We had a wonderful stay! One thing to note is that although the booking says "Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort" the room was actually about 5-10 min away. We stayed at one of the True Blue Golf Resort Villas. This was on the north side of the highway and away from the beach. We had to drive to the Litchfield property to take advantage of the waterpark and beach. The True Blue property was immaculate. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating for conditions was because the waterpark was only partly working and looked very run down. Otherwise, would highly recommend!
