Unit 1904 was horribly dated and in poor condition. Carpets were filthy bathroom grout needed cleaning. Furniture was very old and tattered. Resort must know the conditions of these units yet they rent them regardless. They will post a standard response to this but at the end of the day they know these units are unacceptable. Ask more questions (than we did) before booking.

Worst experience yet

My family has stayed here many times and I have never had issues like I did this trip. To start off when arriving there was brewed coffee grounds In the coffee maker the lid was broken so once I cleaned it I spilled coffee everywhere. The ice maker was broken silverware dirty in drawer had issues with outlets not charging our phones so we had to sit in the hallway to charge them. On the last day we notice roaches in the kitchen we did not notice before because we all slept in I'm guessing because it was still dark when we woke up they were still out they were on the countertops and going in between the stove. These were not the large water bugs as seen at the pools these were in face house roaches.

I want to give this 100 stars. Check in was awesome! For staff…check in and tv repair are the only positive. Hardly any employee talked to us.. the gate guards for the pool some said hi.. others were talking to other employees. Our tv was plugged into a switched outlet.. took overnight to come repair. Balcony rugged was coming off.. daughter cut her knee open. Mini vans & small trucks parked in over sized lot.. employee said he couldn’t do anything about it. Some employees swearing about a guest being an a**hole and calling 911 on him. Employees vaping also guest vaping and employees not saying anything. Hot tub in lazy river area had balloons that looked like they were used for drugs (empty) 2 days in a row. Construction sucked but I get it. The pool guy that checks chemicals did an awesome job. Those that vacuumed half effort (we watched every morning from our balcony while having coffee). We are a white couple that adopted several black children… while we get a lot of looks/whispers in the general public I wouldn’t ever expect to get it at a resort… but we did. Several employees looking.. staring.. commenting it’s so annoying.. we don’t get that in any of the other several places we vacation… from staff at least. It’s a beautiful resort. Beautiful rooms. Disney compatible.. staff & safety issues are a huge negative… with kids and a “want” to feel welcomed as our priority… this fell well short. Not sure about a 2nd trip however.

This place reminded me of a multi building apartment complex …Expedia said there was one room left when booking online…. The room I get was a room on a busy rotary right in front of the steak house restraunt … every night I heard cars with loud music till 1 in the morning. I also was woken up early every morning Don’t be fooled , these places know many never come back, that’s why they were unwilling to give me a partial refund when I asked thru expedia. For a “resort” I felt like I been to hotels with way better quality. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY , I’m lucky I have it to spend … get a airbnb … really trashy place

The location in which we stayed in was not the best. Much of the couches furniture was filthy and extremely dirty. The furniture as in the dining table and another table were broken. Lastly, we did not have AC for the total length of our stay which made it really uncomfortable.
