The Hotel is very clean but the furniture in the lobby and our room MAJORLY needs updated. The lobby chairs are cracked and peeling and the sofa bed in our room is ready for the curb!!!!!! Plus our room 118 has a bathroom that looks as if it's had water damage 4 or 5 times. The tile on the floor is detached, the ceiling has black water spots all over it and the wall paper is cut up. Everything was very clean but you can only polish a turd so much. And the breakfast was VERY good! Great fresh selection. And, in the evening they had a wonderful selection of coffee's, teas, hot chocolate with all the fixing and warm apple cider to go with the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! Very unexpected but greatly appreciated. Now, just update the furniture so it doesn't look like something left on the curb and this place would be 100% awesome!

Chose Springhill Suites because we’ve really liked them. Paid extra on a high demand weekend. Really disappointed. This one is old, shabby, and in serious need of remodeling. The carpet was stained, the couch tattered, the furniture dented. The kitchen area was a fridge, microwave, and a couple paper plates. The bathroom was dated, but clean. The bedding was fine.

Will not go back

The hotel has been neglected and looks very different from the pictures that are provided. The entrance smelled strong of chlorine, the pool was green, the elevator was not vacuumed, the hallway smelled like a hospital. The room had stains and spots all of the couch, box spring covers, the ceiling over the beds. The bathroom has water damage. Biggest evidence was the tiles were coming off the floor. I left.
