We had a cottage at the campsite, and our experience was not the best. Our cottage was quite far from the facilities and down a hill, which is probably fine under most conditions, but not pleasant when it's pouring rain and extremely windy. The heating was good, but there was some exposed wiring that gave my dad a very nasty electrical shock when he was trying to adjust it at night. The WiFI was only available at reception, and the reception building is tiny---basically a single room with maybe 8 seats. People were crowded inside and standing around, which also made the check-in process a bit off-putting with so many people hanging over your shoulder.
