Dirty washroom. The incharge can't wait for 30mins and asking for the extra day charge if we have to check out 11:30.

The room allotted to us initially had bugs in it. 2nd room that was allotted was relatively ok but the washroom was especially poorly kept. The 1 star is only for the front desk staff. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. When asked for it, they said they don’t provide it and if we want to get anything ironed we have to give it to them which is will take at least 30 mins.

The hotel was extremely unclean and dirty. When I arrived to the hotel there was a gross black liquid substance all over the bathroom floor and toilet and used feminine hygiene pads laying next to the toilet on the floor. I also found a huge cockroach climbing on top of my suitcase, and there were ant/termite colonies on the walls of the room. I also modified my reservation before arriving and before the cancellation time, but the hotel did not honor this and charged me extra even though I followed all the policies. Would not recommend that you stay here. There are plenty of nicer hotels in the area that will actually be clean and won’t try to scam you.
