清潔さは問題なし。設備はちょっと古さが否めないけどお湯もしっかり出るし、アメニティは最低限だけど過不足なく、駅から徒歩3分程度という立地に対する値段を考えれば大満足です！

うるさい、狭い、暗い、、、
壁が薄いのか他の部屋の音が丸聞こえです(咳払い、くしゃみまでめちゃくちゃ鮮明に聞こえます) それに加え換気扇からも色んな声や音が聞こえてくるのでよっぽど寝付きが良い方でなければまず寝れません。フロントで耳栓貸し出ししてるとのことでした(チェックアウト前に知ったwww) トイレ&お風呂も激狭であちこちぶつけました(痛) 他の方々も仰るとおり部屋の明かりも暗いです。 (蛍光灯の貸し出しもあるらしいとこれまたチェックアウト前に知りましたwww) 価格の面から考えたら我慢するべきなのだろうが 残念ながら個人的にはもう利用は考えられません。寝付きが良く、狭いのが大丈夫な方であれば駅近でコスパはいいのかもしれません。
