Pros: Friendly staff, staff will drive your car and park it for you upon arrival in driveway (need to pay for parking). Free drinks in lobby (Okinawa style juice, tea etc).

So many shops in walking distance

This was our third stay at this lovely hotel. As always, it was great. The only problem was with the Expedia booking: although we paid for the included breakfast when we booked, the hotel staff said we had not. So we had to pay twice for breakfast. This is an Expedia problem (google "Expedia breakfast scam" and you'll see), not a Strata problem, so better not to select breakfast if you book through Expedia. Better yet, book directly through the hotel or a different booking agency.

The rooms were clean and towels were changed everyday. The rooms were well lit with a nice window bay seat. I liked it that they have different events everyday. And different drinks everyday.
