Super nice hotel - crazy that it’s just a random airport hotel. Automatic blinds, pretty good room service, and everything was super clean. Highlight was the shower - super luxurious for this (or really any) price point. Would stay here again.

The hotel is pretty good. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Security is also very good. It’s directly on the road, so it can be noisy. There is also construction going on next to the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy, but good quality food and enough options. They offer free airport shuttle services. You might have to wait for some time, but they give the warning in the email anyway. We waited for about 20 minutes or so and chatted away with another guest and the ground staff. The reception staff was friendly, specifically Purity who checked us in the night we arrived. The only issue we had was with one of the receptionist the following morning. We had booked for the shuttle to the SGR(train station), which they say is complementary like the airport shuttle. The receptionist was extremely dismissive, and gaslighting. She didn’t even bother asking about our room even though we told her we had booked the previous night. Told us there was no available shuttle as there was only one driver and no booking had been done, which she could have seen had she asked for our names or room number. She then told us we could book a taxi with the travel desk, but then decided it was “too expensive” for us to afford and told us we could use Uber. We got a call when back in the room saying there was transport available for us. No apologies, not even when checking out. Nothing. Says everything you need to know on how they treat “locals”, since she assumed we were.

A great stay close to the airport

The hotel is very nice to stay if you have a layover in Nairobi. They offer a free shuttle service which is very convenient. The rooms are very modern and clean. The airconditioning did not work well in our room but the rest was great. Many different food options.

Nice hotel but we have to give mixed review.

Our first visit to this hotel was lovely. The room was modern and everything worked well. We were impressed by the modern controls for the lights and curtains. Lots of electrical outlets. The room was quiet other than some noise from the highway, which wasn’t enough to keep us awake. Breakfast is good. However, on our next visit we had a big problem with the air con. It would run for a few minutes then shut off. We got out of bed and called a technician, who fiddled with it and declared it fixed. It wasn’t. We barely got any sleep and had to get up at 5:00 am. The desk clerk was not very sympathetic, and only after some discussion and a long wait were we given an equivalent room. Definitely no compensation for losing a night’s sleep, even though that’s basically what you’re buying when you stay at a hotel. Desk clerks are somewhat unfriendly but other staff are lovely, especially the shuttle driver, Maggie. Great pickup service from the airport at any time. Food is expensive and the burger we ordered had a very strange flavour. The pool is great but could use more lounge chairs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The property was exceptionally maintained, with immaculate rooms and common areas. The staff were truly standout, always greeting me with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the bar and restaurant were fancy and upscale. My only complaint was the location, which was situated on a very busy road, making it less than ideal for a leisurely walk. However, the hotel's many amenities and excellent service more than made up for this drawback. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay.
