The staff are extremely friendly always have a smile on their faces and the hotel is so clean and tidy the food is amazing can not fault that at all plenty of options for breakfast lunch and dinner I will be back again Highly recommended

Clean and modern, lately refurbished with various new facilities. Have made a number of visits since 1991 and it has improved considerably since our first visit. Very friendly & helpful staff. Recommend it to anyone visiting Nairobi not wanting to pay exorbitant rates for unnecessary luxury. Close to the city centre too.
