"시설도, 접근성도, 식사도 괜찮은 편이었습니다. 이것만 놓고 본다면 다음에 또 이용할 마음이 있습니다. 근데, 한 가지 미흡했던 점이 있어 기록을 남깁니다. 호텔 지상 입구에서 아내가 하차한 후 먼저 호텔 로비로 들어갔고, 저는 지하주차장으로 내려가 파킹한 후 로비로 갔습니다. 객실배정을 받은 후 짐을 풀고 남한산성을 가기 위해 지하주차장으로 내려갔는데, 지하1층 주차장에서 아무리 차를 찾아봐도 찾을 수가 없었습니다. 지나가던 젊은 직원에게 차를 어디에 파킹했는지 잘 모르겠다면서 도움을 청했으나 그리 복잡하지 않으니 찾아보라는 ..."

"전반적인 시설이나 주변편의시설은 좋았으나, 방음이 전혀안되서 그게 좀 불편했네요:-( 아기랑 2박했는데, 청결도나 서비스는 만족스러웠어요"
