The country's capital, Tokyo, is located approximately 230 kilometres to the southwest of Namie.

The relaxing sounds of the natural world are waiting for you at Mt. Shinobu-yama. It lies just 45 kilometres away, so you needn't be stuck inside your car all day. Irimizu Limestone Cave, 25 kilometres away, is another recommended choice.

If you're the type of traveller who loves becoming immersed in the vibe of the place you're visiting, Fukushima Azuma Baseball Stadium should be number one on your to-do list.
